Fifi's is an excellent place to have great icecream. The owner is amazing. very friendly and always smiling.
We stopped there tonight, before the storm, because Friendly’s was closed. Let me tell you! We will go there again! I got a scoop of study break and 1 scoop toasted coconut in a dish, and it was trulllly amazing!! Hubby got a lg chocolate chip, and was a great size ! Thank you for having good ice cream!
They really do carry every flavor of Perrys. There was only one girl working there on a Sunday afternoon. She could have used help but she was very quick and efficient with her customer service. The inside was small but clean. The had so many options I will definitely be back. PS, parking is off of n.midler off of James Street.
Today we stopped by to have some ice cream.It was really nice experience.Girl who served us was nice,and ice cream is really good.Extra clean and neat,especially bathroom.What caught my attention was chart for allergens in some ice creams.helpful for people with allergies,nice.
We live in Eastwood and are long time customers from the days when they were in the stand-alone building kitty - corner and always have had top notch service and quality. Not sure about these other reviewers trashing the place but it seems they are either competitors or have a grudge against the place. I am so glad that when Kinney Drugs was built they were able to relocate :)

Excellent variety of ice cream. My favorite is Queen of hearts!! Rich, creamy and full of dark chocolate, fudge and raspberry flavors. Prices are slightly above average. Generous quantity. Outdoor and indoor seating. And they’re open late
This is a Syracuse gem. I am from out of town and was looking for a local ice cream shop. This place is great. Very wide selection. Service was very fast even though there was a line. I probably won't come back to Syracuse anytime soon but if I do it will be on my list that's.
Pleasant staff and an extensive ice cream menu. Good prices and big servings! Try the chocolate-dipped waffle cones for an extra special treat!

Always a tasy expirience! The amount of different sundaes and ice cream that they have will always give you something to tickle your tastebuds. From speciality sundaes to wild shakes and classic treats I can wholeheartedly say fifis is one of the best sweet treat spots in syracuse
The single employee was a rockstar. We felt so bad for her being there alone and there were a ton of people. She deserves a raise!
The ice cream there is the best! Not only is there a variety of flavors but also you get your treat in a cone, bowl or shake! They have sundaes and specialty smoothies with or without protein powder. You can eat inside or outside at the picnic tables. Great service by pleasant young people. My grandkids love it there!
First time trying Fifi’s ice cream
Had the maple walnut which is my favorite icecream in a small cone with sprinkles it was really good.
Ice cream was good, lots of flavors to choose from even some dairy free options! The toppings were put mostly on the bottom and we weren't aware you could choose a size for the specialty sundaes and no one ever asked so we ended up with larges (too much ice cream!) We will probably go back again.
They had a two page sheet of their ice creams will allergy information about each flavor! I coming back.
Delicious! There was a line of about 8 people in front of us, but they were helped and served within minutes! Picnic tables to sit at💜
Watch out for sticky picnic tables and seats! Other than that, more flavors that make you 😋 drool! Hard to pick just one! 😉
This is the spot, 100%. If you're in Syracuse, you have to go here. 30+ flavors, friendly, quick service, indoor and outdoor seating, right in the heart of Eastwood. Worth the drive from outside of town too.
Its always a treat going to Fifi's Ice Cream&Sweets. My partner and I always enjoy the service as well as the Ice cream.
Very late review but I ordered on Dec 3rd. And I have to say I was a little wary about ordering. It just seemed like such a small place in the middle of everything but im glad I decided to give it a chance.
Everything was amazing. I'm a big chocolate lover so my fat cow sundae with death by chocolate ice cream was too good to eat. Almost. But I devoured it.
Will be back again for sure.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that this neighborhood ice creamery had so many options, including a few for the lactose-free crowd. The serving sizes are huge and the staff are really nice! Nice outdoor seating area as well.
