Kasai Ramen - Syracuse - Photo album

Not bad. Foods good, drinks are strong. Everything we tried were good, they need to add more flavors to their broth... its boring and tasteless. No lies.... Come on guys, a little bit of spice, herbs, limon, salt.... anything. Wagyu burger was dried, over cooked. Dumplings where soggy. Chicken and b
So this was a truly amazing experience, and to be lucky enough to have it in Syracuse, NY. This place is a gem; I ordered the shoyu ramen lunch special with a pork bun, and batch 39 by middle ages. So first off this ramen and everything else is hand made. The ramen had amazing flavor, and the meat w
Super chic venue... cozy yet spacious enough to seat a party of 20. It was super clean from the entrance, dining areas to the restrooms. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our server was knowledgeable of the Japanese traditions and culture. The Ramen was second to none outside of Ja
Delicious food, awesome atmosphere, fair prices, and a unique selection of drinks. We love Kasai! The owner is always switching up the specials and creating something new and fun to try. The new birria taco bowl and smokehouse bowl (pictured) are must-try’s! And we always get at least 2 bao buns. If
A new ramen based restaurant in the heart of downtown Syracuse that sticks to tradition and authenticity! Some of the best ramen I've eaten hands down! I highly recommend this place to all ramen lovers and people who have not tried before. The staff are incredible and the chefs know what they are do
I’d dare to say they make the best Japanese fusion! The Mushroom Buns were super 🔥. The vibes and the bartender Mary was phenomenal! Try her Smoked Maple Manhattan.
Great ramen even though the favors are rather different from traditional. Things were tending either very sweet or very spicy. I was surprised by the sugar instead of salt on the edamame but didn't want to ask. Certainly recommend the new experience.
Stopped in tonight after 11pm. The server the late night menu until 3am! The late night menu may be short on options, but not on flavor! The bar tender was awesome and friendly. She knows her stuff, it was great hearing about the different items and spirits. I'll make it down for lunch sometime, I p
This restaurant is fantastic. I first heard about it when the owner, Kyle, demonstrated how to make one of their dishes at the Fair. The atmosphere is great, staff friendly, and most importantly the food is incredible. Their imported from Japan noodle making machine sets them apart from other places
Had an absolute blast here! Food is delicious and very different. The restaurant itself is super cool and fun to be in. Service was great and I’ll Definitely be coming back again
SO good. Everything from the attentive staff to the delicious food. We felt bad for the staff as they were super busy and very short staffed BUT they were all so fantastic. We chose a few different options as it was our first time there, and we wanted to try everything. Everything was hot and so tas
We have been to Kasai quite a few times at this point, and especially lately have been very happy. Their pork katsu was one of the best bowls along with the new duck ramen and the waygu beef bowl. Absolutely delicious. We love that their bar has great Japanese options. Definitely sit at the bar and
