After some recent bad experiences with other local pizza places, I switched to this Pies Guys location for my typical pizza and wings orders. I’ve yet to be unhappy with the quality of the food. To compare, here are 2 pictures. The one with the pool of watery sauce is a competitor. The other is Pies Guys, which prepared them perfectly. The sausage and mushroom pizza was also prepared well.
The guy at the front in was great! I didn't get his name but he was so sweet. I called placed a order for 10 extra crispy hot wings to be picked up at 4pm today. They was not ready when I arrived but I was compensated for my wait witch was really nice you rarely find places that take full responsibility for there mistakes and still compensate the customer any more. customer service skills of the gentleman that helped me were outstanding. My friend had gotten them a few days prior and I've been craving them since. They was so good hands down the best hot wings would I go back yes yes yes.
We ordered tonight and picked up around 8:20, the guy at the desk who I *think* was the owner honestly did such a great job. They were short staffed, and I believe it was the owner who cooked our food- wow! I can see why he wanted to open up a pizza shop! These are the best onion rings and calzone I’ve had in CNY, possibly ever. Thank you so much for our dinner tonight, it was so great!
I ordered a mushroom and pepperoni pizza to be delivered and I was very impressed. It arrived hot and was delicious NY pizza!
Ordered wings and a pepperoni pizza pie. The wings were crispy and coated with a buttery buffalo sauce and the pizza needed to be cook longer, was delicious after been reheated.
The price is steep but the food was yummy.
Awesome food and friendly staff. I order from this place at least twice a week. The best pizza I've had in a very long time. Awesome seafood. The char-grilled wings and tenders are amazing. The fries have this batter on them that makes them crispy. I can't get enough of it. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
This place is a go to for sweet and tangy wings!! But overall I'm very satisfied, the staff is good but sometimes rushing due to them being busy which is understandable. Always get my order right no matter if it's pickup or delivery! I will return!

Just had their pizza and mozz sticks for the first time. Delivery guy was awesome and the food was amazing. LOVE the wings too. Even better heated up the next day.
And no matter what you do, order the fried dough. You will not regret it. The sheer amount alone makes it worth it. It tastes incredible on top of that
I've ordered from this store four times now and have been impressed each time. Specifically, I have to say that I ordered their pizza and wings for the superbowl 2016. I (smartly) ordered on the Thursday before. I ordered three pies and 40 wings for 6PM. At exactly 6PM the sea of people parted and my food was bestowed upon me. For the incredible volume of food they prepared that day, I would have thought quality may have suffered. Absolutely the opposite. It was the hit of my party! I can't say enough good about this place. Just make sure they pie-cut the pizza. I like my crust.
We ordered very specifically (all flats, pizza cut differently ect) the girl taking the orders was extremely nice. The delivery didn’t take long at all, especially for a Saturday night. The driver was also very kind. All the food was correct and very hot. Honestly the best in Syracuse.
The food was delicious. The original order was delivered incorrect, but they immediately delivered the correct food with one phone call. Bravo! That was the best customer service we've experienced in ages!
Our flight was delayed to the next day so we had an extra day in Syracuse. This place delivers and is local do we thought we would give it a try. I'm so glad we did! Pretty quick and quite delicious. The pizza was cut in the shape of rectangles, similar to the cheese sticks I'm used to. This came in handy as we didn't have plated at the hotel! Would definitely recommend.
The people here are great, love stopping in and even just chatting. Little disappointed lately as our wings aren't always how we ask. Tonight I ordered my mother a cheese stromboli with double sausage. For some reason there was sauce and something else in it.
Maybe today was just crazy busy and mixed things up. Other than that the place is great, just could be better on their customers orders.
