One of my favorite bars near Tipperary hill. Not too crowded with cold beer and great food. This one was a solo trip for me so I did keep it pretty straightforward. Good food and beer tap selection. Bartender was very friendly, but doing double duty at both the bar and food service at the tables. It works here because it's a fairly small place, but still felt bad for her.

Love this place, the wings are great, the staff are friendly. It has that "home away from home" feel any good bar should have. I'd strongly recommend anyone passing through Syracuse pay them a visit, especially if you're on Tipperary Hill.

Have been going there for years. The pizza and wing special can't be beat. The hot turkey sandwich is also great. One of the oldest bars in Syracuse. Great place to have a group as the prices are fair and food is always good.
Nibsy's is always a cool place. Either I am getting older or the crowd is getting younger. I am sure it is the former😂. Always a nice place with good people and service.
By far the best neighborhood pub around. It truly is “where your friends are.” The bartenders are friendly. The wings are crispy are delicious. ADR loves the salt and peps. MC loves the quesdilla. The bartender that works Saturday’s during the day is top notch. Great place!
I have never had a bad time or bad food. To anyone reading these reviews about the owner being a homophobe ignore it. The person who made this story up and posted it on Facebook to get attention should be sued. You seriously shouldn't be able to try and ruin someone's business because you choose
My husband and I are new in town and we are exploring local Fish and Chip options. Nibsy’s for us is a winner. The bun on the sandwich is toasted, the tarter sauce is homemade with lots of pickle chunks and the chips are also homemade and delicious. Well done Nibsy’s!
Super bar to chill at. The pizza and wings are one of the best kept secrets around. The prices are cheap. They also have a little banquet hall upstairs for private parties.
Great atmosphere and believe it or not, they may have the best buffalo chicken pizza in town!
