Since the remodeling of the Palace Theatre almost a decade ago, there has been a number of attempts to place a successful cafe in this space. I don't remember the last time I was greeted so warmly anywhere. the food was terrific and the chocolate chai was unlike anything I've ever had before. Pretty sure it's my new favorite drink. Will be back often!

Amazing coffee and super nice staff, homey atmosphere. Dirty chai is great, way better than a lot of places around here and the drinks aren’t watery. 5 stars :)
