We had a shopping trip for work and we took our residents to the mall to go shopping. We decided before we left they all wanted coffee or a hot beverage when we got there customer service was amazing due to use having to do all separate orders. All the employees where amazing at help them choose drinks and they everything. Sadly one of the residents threw his hot chocolate on the floor due to it being hot. The employees came right over and offered to clean it up and make him a new drink with a little more creamer to cool it down.
I run on Dunkin and I love their coffee! The service is always excellent here and the fact I use the app and order ahead so when I get here I just pick it up and go. I definitely would recommend Dunkin to anybody who loves coffee and fun seasonal snacks and drinks!
Right in the mall. Drinks were good. Service ok. Usually, I use the app but decided to order at the counter since I was there. First, no one at the counter, so I used touch screen. Then, when I had issues, the clerk just looked at me. No help. Drinks were fine, though.
These crew at this location are very nice, I asked for sugar and Val stopped what she was doing & didn’t hesitate to get me some. Unlike all other DD I go too you can’t ask for nothing xtra bc them employees give you attitude for simple xtra cream & sugar.
I was standing in line Cashier "Victoria T." was doing outstanding job and the crew was making a big order for one customer, while delivering that big order they even read it out for customer, crew was working harmoniously, everybody knew what they are required to do, meanwhile cashier had two challenging customers, cashier handled them patiently and professionally, the drink station crew started asking for drink orders from the people in line and started their drinks while cashier was handling the challenging customer, which made the cash out process for the people waiting in line super fast, outstanding teamwork , I was impressed with the cashiers level of patience. The whole team deserve to be appreciated🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, and the cashier should be recognized 💰💰✨ for delivering amazing customer service.

Fine Dunkin as far as the drinks and food goes but the line moved extremely slow even though they had a few people working.
I go there every morning before work & all the ladies are sweethearts! They remember my coffee & make it perfect everytime. ❤️

It was my first trip to Destiny and we arrived before the stores opened. Stopped at Dunkin for some breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised that they sell cold brew coffee - so refreshing on a hot day. My boyfriend spilled most of the coffee immediately upon receiving it. One of the Dunkin's employees noticed and, without prompting, made us a new one!
The pretzel croissant breakfast sandwich was delicious.
I asked for 2 espresso shots in my frozen chocolate and they only gave me one. They need to open their ears just a little more!
I love that this Dunkin location allows mobile order pickups even though it is inside destiny USA mall and they don't have to.
The 1 at Destiny is always fast and efficient. I haven't had a bad experience yet. Keep up the good work!
