Moe's Southwest Grill - Syracuse - Photo album

I have been going here for years and it never disappoints! I love the semi recent redesign! The employees were very kind and welcoming. And when there weren't any lids they quickly replenished them and apologized! Overall it was very welcoming!
First time trying their food it taste great but the reason why I gave them 4 stars was because I ordered one chicken quesadilla and they made two so I had to pay for two.
My first time there. I met a wonderful employee of Moe's Southwest Grill, Camillus, (Tavares.) He convinced me to come back in a hr. Once they opened, I was greeted with the loud and happy... "Welcome to MOE'S! 🎶 " Staff was welcoming, inviting and was truly my pleasure to meet!! 😊 The food was DE
While the food has been consistently good, the service has suffered a bit from the constant turnover of employees. I do still enjoy my experience. I only wish they could retain quality employees to have consistent service as well.
Everytime I come here the food is great but the service is so slow because they are always understaffed. 2 Employees on the line is not enough, especially at rush hour. Hire enough employees to actually run your business properly. So tired of seeing business understaff and overwork their employees.

Love love love this place. I recommend the steak homewrecker burrito!!! Customer service is great and so is the food nice and clean place!!! 5 stars indeed
Good food. Missing the salsa bar because of the COVID situation. Hope it comes back soon. Staff at Marshall's plaza are nice and friendly.
I came into this Moe’s on Monday at 7:57 because I was craving it (after my workout class of course) I felt horrible for going in 3 minutes before closing time but Alveda and staff were so upbeat and kind! They were out of a lot of things from supply chain shortages but that’s the world we live in r
Fairly good after spicing it up once I got home. Salsa was completely bland and underwhelming. Coming from Colorado where Mexican food is thriving, this is slightly expected. The beans didn't have much flavor either. The staff was nice enough and the manager did a good job with me as it was my first
Food was excellent! Busy around the 12-1 lunch hour rush, but the staff was quick, precise, accurate and friendly during the process. Prices are fair for the quality and quantity of food you receive. The free chips and salsa are a nice touch, as well as the Freestyle Coke machine if you're indecisiv
