Great fast & helpful service at this Arby's location. Food is hot and meets expectations. Arby's chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks are a favorite.

Pretty chill Arby’s location and crew working at this location. Definitely better than the experience I had at Café Zupas across street from here where the crew didn’t acknowledge me. Good to know there’s some great people who aren’t superficial in Syracuse.
The place was very nice and the food was good. The girl behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. She also brought our food out to us which was very nice. I tried their new burger and it was pretty tasty, but for the price I probably wouldn't get it again.
