It wasn't bad. It's McDonald's. I don't expect much from it. The only thing that was confusing was when the machine tell me my order is a certain number, and then when I paid up at the counter, then it's a total different number. Other than that, everything was fast, and service was great.

I know better than to review their food, but I go there for coffee and milk and the occasional breakfast sandwich, and they're always prompt and friendly, and I have no complaints. The mobile app is kinda fun too, and you can get a sausage egg mcmuffin for $2.

Had a small issue at the drive thru, but an team member named Christopher acknowledged the situation and made it right. Awesome customer service from this young man. Food that you expect, service over the top. THANKS CHRISTOPHER!

Closed and didn't even say why, the new nmanager was amazing!!! I called him Mike but I know it was something different. Then someone else seemed to be there when I got off at 230 am everyday, I remember first time I didn't see the manager I'd hoped to see, who always was generous with my Mac sauce request and why customer retention was successful, if he is there still I will be back if not, no way. Back to 1st time he wasn't there, my food was literally thrown into the box top bun of one was upside down ect. I know it's just the staffing issue but hopefully "mike" the manager I call Mike is still there otherwise I'm gonna change my go to location elsewhere

How do I review McDonald's? Well, it's McDonald's. I stopped in during the busy lunch rush while I was doing errands nearby, and because I had a deal in the app for a free Big Mac. I've liked Big Macs for almost 40 years.
The drive thru line was long, so I parked and went inside. I ordered at the kiosk and had a hot order about 4 minutes later. I enjoyed it.
Four stars for quick service and good old McDonald's food!

This is the best McDonalds on earth if you go between 10:00PM & 3:00AM. I know those hours seem weird but their night crew is unbelievable. The guy taking orders seems like he genuinely enjoyed working there, he was fast and efficient and got my order perfect. The night manager is a lady that’s worked nights for a while now and she is absolutely incredible. Very kind, fast, energetic, and I believe she cooks fries based on how busy they are because their fries during those hours are always fresh.
If the owner of the Syracuse McDonald’s franchise sees this, whatever your night crew is making, it’s not enough

I went here just for a quick breakfast ordered the #9 (2-sausage burritos) not in a meal. On their menu for pricing it shows price for burritos no meal (2) $1.00 Meal $4.10. You'd think you'd get 2 burritos for $1 but it's each. I got to the window questioned the kid why it has a 2 in front of the dollar if it's for each and he couldn't tell me why other than it's for each. Call me crazy but if you order a meal that comes with 2 burritos I think the pricing for just the burritos should reflect that of 2 burritos as the meal does!

Last time I was there I bought breakfast. I reached in the bag to grab my sausage egg Mcmuffin, It and my hashbrowns were covered in syrup. Yay just what I never wanted! And I didn't even get any napkins to wipe it off! Perfect way to start a morning commute. Will avoid in the future.

This place is trash. Worst customer service and food of any McDonald’s I have ever been to. I came to order a Hot n’ Spicy last Thursday night and was told “we are all out.” Today is Saturday, I decided to give it another shot, pulled up before noon and tried to order a hot n’ spicy but once again told “we are out.” I ordered a bacon McDouble and got home, opened it up and there is no fucking burger in the buns. Just two pieces of bacon and ketchup. Is it really that difficult? I hope this branch goes out of business soon so nobody else has to deal with this type of shit while hungry. You are all morons from the manager to the employees.

I am thoroughly disgusted at the direction McDonald's is taking with regards to their dine-in customer service. It has been awhile since I went inside because usually I just go through the drive thru. Today the drive thru had at least 20 or more cars in it. It was completely packed. All I was wanting was 2 sausage muffins and a drink. I quickly proceed inside to the counter. I was redirected to a kiosk. I told him I just wanted to order because I'm in a hurry. Again I was directed to the kiosk where I had to place my order, print out a ticket and then take the ticket to the counter to give the young man my cash payment. Seriously?!?!!! If I had paid with my card, the only human interaction would have been when I picked up my food. So very saddened that they have chose to go this direction. Very impersonal by taking the customer service aspect out of the dining experience.

Got the new sweet bbq bacon and it looked like crap! No toppings, bbq sauce, I think that there are crispy onions but who knows. Forgot part of the order. Sucks

Worst service ever took 30 min. To get order and it was wrong no soda in machines wow probably won't come to this store again. Fun day out watched my wife eat then she watched me eat. Going to Wendy's from now on.

I ordered 2 cheeseburger and 1 chicken nugget mighty meals and they gave me 3 chicken nugget mighty meal. My husband ordered a double quarter pounder and they gave him a quarter pounder.. how hard is it to read an order and make sure the boxes in the bag match the order?? Will never go to this location again.. too many mistakes, let alone in 1 order!

The customer service stinks! My order was wrong at the drive through. So I end up going in to get it fixed. I tell the kid behind the counter my order is wrong from the Drive-through. He says: "What do you want me to do about it?" Ahh! Fix it!

Worst service I have ever experienced. If I could give them zero stars I would. Tried to place an order at the drive-through but they were making mistakes so rather than leave we decided to go inside to order instead of taking our business elsewhere (big mistake). Ordered at the kiosk, then waited 25 minutes for just four meals. Asked what was taking so long and the cashier just giggled and said they were stocking the back. I asked for a manager. She was completely unapologetic, stuck her face inside a bag and said "this is yours" and walked away saying "have a great night." NO apologies, no explanation. Got home and IT WAS THE WRONG ORDER. Went back, still no apology and no general manager available. Came back home and there were 3 FRENCH FRIES in the bottom of one of the McFlurry's. This place is a McMess! Don't waste your time or your money. It's disgusting.

Banning McDonalds on Antelope in Syracuse! Seriously screwed my order up at the drive through, went in and then they brought me the same order out as the first time. Went in again and asked for my money back, after we'd been waiting forever and she only refunded the money for my sandwiches and not the drinks because my daughter had drank some of her frappe. She was the manager also! Never had such poor customer service in my life!!!!

My husband and I have been eating at this McDonald's for nearly 20 years. NOT ANYMORE. We went there today at 5:20. We walked in and up to the counter to the young lady who wasn't doing anything and were told that they no longer took orders at the counter and to use the kiosk. At 5:23 we finished putting our order in. In the mean time my husband went to get his drink and both machines were out of Coke. The lady who finally got around to filling the machine glared at my husband as she came out.
I went to find us a seat. ALL of the tables were very dirty. I went up to the counter and asked if I could have a cloth so I could clean a table, that didn't go over well. In the back were five employees standing around and talking. After waiting ten minutes we went and asked about our order. It wasn't even being fixed yet. Fifteen minutes later our order still wasn't being prepared, the tables were still dirty and now three employees were still standing around talking. We got our money back and went to Wendy's where the service was great and we had our food within five minutes. OH YEAH, as we left, we noticed that there were 12 cars waiting in the drive through and two sitting in the waiting parking stalls. We won't be back. What the heck happened to the great place that location used to be???
