We have been visiting this fast food restaurant a few times during our stay in Syracuse. Subs have been very delicious and staff ( Aaliyah ) has been very lovely.
Extremely impressed with the service I received. Mainly being an ex supervisor for this location. The man who was working listened to me with exactly how I wanted my sub done. He did not try to argue and say it should be done this way. Was also nice to know I taught him a new setting on the toaster

The sandwiches and salads here are what you'd expect to get from any Subway. Good food and good prices. Usually the customer service is good, but occasionally you'll get a grumpy employee making your sandwich.
Laura was excellent and very friendly. Store was clean. Even restrooms.
If you have never tried your sub on flat bread, you should! Even though the ratio of fillings is the same, it seems like more on the flat bread.
