This place has gone down hill. 25 mind for the drive thru for them to get my whole order wrong. I ordered a large impossible whopper meal with no onion no tomatoes and I got a beef patty with onions and tomatoes 🤦🏻♀️ now trying to get some one on the phone is impossible to do. The one in cicero is so much better than this one in mattydale.
Great friendly staff!! Food was hot and good. Only thing that could have been better were the tomatoes. 5stars!

I grew up near this burger in north syracuse. In my opinion they have the best fast good hamburger. Nothing beats a whopper when your In the mood for a quick burger. As a realtor I am often grabbing a quick lunch and this is one of my favorites. They recently gave the building a face lift and it looks great. Staff has never screwed up my order, is always friendly and service is quick.
After making a purchase at the drive thru we arrived home only to find a minor issue with our order. No one can be perfect all the time so I called them not wanting to return just for this minor issue. I spoke with Dawn who quickly resolved the issue to our satisfaction. We consistently receive excellent service from this location normally with no issues. Her ability to problem solve should be commended and we will continue to frequent this location on a regular basis. Keep up the great work! Thanks again .
I am still surprised at the cost of Food Service with breakfast. Many places and products have been routinely increasing their prices, but breakfast has stayed the same relatively. If you don't stay on top of the prices going up, it'll definitely get your attention. Burger King is no different. If you want a better deal worh another time of day, I always find coupons or promotions if you want to take the time. I usually prefer more variety with promotions and specials in considering food service, and then save money from buying breakfast instead. Burger King is everywhere and extremely easy to find, of you're not from the town. I always have to promote their Coffee, I find it to be the best out of all the Food Services, even Tim Hortons.
