The Erie Blvd Wendy's is the BEST in the area. You can actually eat lunch there and get back to work on time! Highly recommend this location.
Wendy's is betterthan other similar chains generally. The staff here were especially nice, offering us a bonus because we jad to wait for our sandwich. Personal service is always a plus.
I came here and lobby was closed due to not enough employees there was only 2 people doing the best they can and was doing a really good job with only 2 people drive thru was moving really fast alot of people got mad because lobby was closed but some understood keep up the good work.
There were no condiments out, no forks, spoons or napkins. Had to ask for all of it. No one filled them before we left. Food was ok, but notice burgers are getting smaller and costing more 😕
Wendy's continues to impress me with deals/boxes with great food and very competitive pricing.
I ordered food to dine in paid for online. When I got there the Dining area was closed . They took my money and I received nothing for it.

Dave's Singles, Two for $6! That's a better deal, than using a coupon from the back of a receipt, after taking their survey. Definitely happy for the great food & good experience, when we needed a quick bite.
This one we went to was on Erie Blvd., DeWitt, NY. Long wait time, food was "okay", and very stark seating...all iron and wooden. No ambiance....

Incredible fries. Always fresh and hot. Only reason this isn't a five star review is because their Sprite sometimes tastes "off". Soda machine probably just needs to be cleaned a little more often :) Everything else is fantastic every time.
