Customer service in the area has gone downhill a lot, but this Burger King is always ontop of it! Betsey cashed me out (or at least that’s the name on the receipt but I think her name started with an H) and she was incredibly bubbly and super sweet. Also the manager is great! While waiting for my food I overheard her encouraging her staff and telling them how good they’re doing.
This is the Burger King you should go to in Syracuse. The staff is friendly; probably one of the best teams I’ve seen at a BK franchise. They are also very clean. This is the type of Burger King I’m sure corporate sends teams to learn from.

Just another burger king. Very fast and very polite. The ghost pepper chicken nuggets were bland.
Okay so they were cool letting through the drive through on those Walmart fat people scooters but THEY DIDNT GIVE ME MY 2 BURGERS I ASKED FOR I SAID IT 2 TIMES I want 2 burgers. Brought my receipt and everything and they wouldn’t give me my other burger. Left in defeat and I’m still mad but other then that 5 starts but minus one for forgetting my order : (
Always get fresh hot food from here and the crew here keeps it cleaner then most locations
They have better service then any of the other fast food restaurants around n always give my kids bk crowns without me even asking! They also are one of the only fast food places around here that dont mess up the orders .
Drive Thru Service Was Quick
Lunch date with my son, the food could have been terrible and I wouldn't have minded! I spent time with him.
It's bk what else can I say the food was fresh and hot but it took a few mins to get it but I also work here so I understand why it takes so long plus the crew is awesome 😎
This location is generally good.
Very few times, my order was gotten wrong, the shift manager keeps the wheels turning, and ensures that customers are happy. Eating inside is always a pleasant experience.
