Man, if your crew gets any bad reviews regarding today Don’t punish. I did a mobile order. I definitely waited but people in the lobby were rude & one screamed to get her order taken. Not sure anyone heard her but regardless they were working their butt off & trying their best. Humans need to learn

I love the workers they are all so darling and this place has the best customer service ever… idk what everyone else is on about. Every time i come in here the place is so clean and also their great at the online orders. Also the wait time is not bad at all good things
The food was quite good. The Baldwinsville taco bell has not been able, to get my request for no sour cream on the taco, as of yet. But this taco bell did.
Friendly staff. Food is always assembled correctly and hot unlike some other local TB locations that will give you the wrong order mangled and at room temperature. Drive through is usually pretty quick.

Poor rating on service is not a reflection of the quality of service offered by staff. Merely that there was inadequate staff for business volume. As a result, there was a considerable wait for a drive-through venue.
