nicest staff ever, 2 guys helped serve us and were just so nice. great food, great drinks, everything made fast and efficient and gave us extra timbits. i love them

Tim Hortons” cafe has the best coffee in the Syracuse area. The pasties front their bakery are also delicious and always fresh. .the employees are extremely friendly and have excellent customer service skills. I would like to acknowledge the following staff who are outstanding and always greet me with a smile...Chelsea, Jake, Pam and Kaylee. I hope that Delta Sonic will recognize these four employees and appreciate how much they are an asset to their company.
I have been a Tim Hortons patron for a couple of years now. I go daily to get coffee for my wife and myself. The staff from the manager Becky to Chelsea,Jake,Sifa and James are a great team!!! They recognize my voice and know my order. They are all very good people and the franchise owners should be proud of them and their service!!! Thanks for making me look forward to my daily trips there.

Tim Hortons in Camillus Delta Sonic is my favorite place to have coffee. The atmosphere here is very welcoming and friendly. My brother and I visit here several times a week to have coffee . We particularly enjoy interacting with Jake, Chelsea , Kaylee and Jennifer during the day and and Jordan in the evening. Please recognize these dedicated associates. They are always friendly and truly happy to see us. It is sad to hear the unlimited coffee club is being discontinued but rest assure we will continue to visit here because of these fantastic group of people. However , unfortunately it will be less often because of discontinuation of this program.You should be very proud of these employees. Thank you , George and my brother Martin.
I travel all over central New York and visit many coffee chains but I always try to go out my way to visit this Tim Hortons! The quality and variety of the products are great but the service is above all superior! They know my order, where do you see that kind of service and it is never, ever disappointing.
I love Tim Hortons. This one coupled within a delta sonic is just amazing awesome coffee and gas. If you want to wash your car they have a carwash. They also have a cool detailing building that does excellent work. Over all an amazing place.
I like Tim Hortons coffee better than anywhere else. The beat the taste of dunkin Donuts every time. They also have great pastries and breakfast sandwiches. It's too bad so many closed up and moved out of Syracuse.
One of the only Tim Horton's left in the area. Donuts are very good as well as the coffee and bagels. It is part of Delta Sonic Car Wash. If the car wash is busy, it can make it very difficult getting in and out.

Coffee is decent, have a coworker that thrives off the stuff, in my opinion their muffins are pretty damn delicious, not dry like buying into a sponge like some places. Customer service is perfect, and it's easy to get to the location.
Even though it's inside a crazy busy delta sonic it's never too busy and service is fast and friendly. Even the drive thru isn't busy whenever we go on a Saturday morning. Never a complaint about the food or drink especially from my 4 yr old who loves the donuts 🍩
Great friendly staff but good Lord, the drive through is the slowest I have ever experienced. Literally 10 minutes per car ahead of me. Maybe they need some help?
Ever since we got Tim Hortons in the Syracuse area, I've considered it superior to the (too) many Dunkin locations that blanket this area. It was a huge, shameful disappointment when most Timmy's locations suddenly closed a few years ago. Now the only 2 left are this one and another (limited) one in North Syracuse, both inside Delta Sonic locations, neither of which are near me or my usual commute to/from the eastern suburbs of Syracuse. But if I have a need to go somewhere near either of these Tim's locations I try to grab a coffee and donut. So much more fresher than the stale and mediocre product at Dunkin. Would upgrade from 4 to 5 stars if Tim Hortons would bring more locations back to the area... The Delta Sonic in DeWitt's lack of. Tim Hortons has beem very noticeable. Adding one there would be perfect. Nearby recent openings of busy DD and Starbucks seem to demonstrate there is demand on that part of Erie Blvd.
I prefer the taste of Tim Hortons coffee over over brands. It is always smooth tasting. Compared to competitors, I like the variety in flavors and items available. Glad this location is still here.
