Pretty good. Comparing to any chain type of bbq it was stellar, but comparing with real craftsmen who smoke as an art it was good. Bit too salty, sauce needed a bit more kick, beans good, slaw okay, corn bread dense and moist, note i ONLY only only had pork ribs not the brisket ( and thats where the real artistry is required so i will get that next time ) and only referring to the pork ribs, on that item alone, the smoke penetration was not very deep but meat was moist and easily lifted from the bone, some silver was left which is always unappetizing. Received a 1/4 rack with fixins for $20 which I guess is average ? Dirty fries pretty good. Taxidermy was over the top .. got goosed by a gazelle trying to get to the bathroom. Worthy of trying once if in the area but not what i woukd call a destination.
Introduced to this restaurant on Valentines day, best part, no waiting. Sides were delicious though could have been hotter. Meats were okay, suggest removing the vein from pork ribs, plan to try again when weather warms
Good food my pulled pork sandwich was delicious, the fries were a little over cooked to my taste or seems like the oil was too dirty because of the taste and color, but overall good place to take your wife/girlfriend for a good dinner. I would definitely be back, I would recommend this place!
