This woman was rude and rushed my order. She had an attitude with me before I said a word. Didn’t wear a hair net nor gloves. Handled the phone then handled my food. Very unprofessional. Thank you for the visit Kelly 💜💜

Sure has gone down hill. And it's not a pandemic related issue. 1) only one staff person in store. Not safe for her or anyone else on the store. 2) she wasn't welcoming. She was going to give me the remains of a pork loin that looked awfully iffy. 3 Had to wait over a half hour to place order. I h

Purchase pull pork/cold, brisket/very tough,Links/half not sliced and 1 rib, but they gave me enough fried okra for a party. Never will I eat there again. Also this was at the Tacoma 6th Ave store.

The brisket was dry even at the ends where the fat was makes no sense and it was ice cold when I got home my house in 5 minutes aways I literally payed $55 for sides cuz that's was about the only good thing that my family got outta our order

Loved it. The meat is some of the best I've ever had. The staff are very helpful and friendly. My whole family had a really good meal. The atmosphere was also very nice. Overall good experience.

Ordered pulled pork, with coleslaw and potatoes salad, they all need seasoning bc they are bland. Husband ordered chicken, but ends and jalapeño kielbasa with Mac and cheese, potatoes salad and a side of jalapeños. We get home he was missing his chicken, Mac and cheese and jalapeños. He went back up

Good food, but it is never hot. I have to rewarm after I get home. I wish they treat their employees better, most seem a little disgruntled.

It's a chain so expect inconsistency in quality of the food; being dependent on time of day and when things were it's freshest. But the service has always been great. Real friendly staff so I get the sense that they care. I live & work in the area and this is one of my regular stops mid-week for lu
