Despite what Google says, dine-in and takeout are NOT available. They are drive-thru only, meaning if you don’t have a car they don’t want your business. I don’t have a car, so they won’t be getting any of my money. They can’t even be bothered to put a sign on the door—it’s just locked. Rude!
No cash after 10pm on their sign but I came in at 9:05 and they would not accept cash on the contrary to to sign posted at the beginning of the drive thru lane. Very annoying having to sit in a long and slow line for nothing because you count get out because someone pulled behind me already...
I ordered a Large Double Jack combo, I was given the wrong burger with no lettuce, even though I wanted everything on it. A medium curly fries, despite asking for large.

I came to a 56th at and center st. Jack in box locations on Sunday morning at 630AM and their website and google says they’re open 24 hours .. but yet when I arrive there’s a big cone or a garbage can in the middle of the drive way blocking it off. disappointing.
Fresh cooked burgers and fries. it is so delicious. I had the ultimate cheeseburger combo today. Oh my goodness. I couldn't eat all the burger or the fries. absolutely juicy and hot. Jack has evolved. The menu has expanded. The food is great and made to order. No sure if all locations are experiencing the same, but this particular location seems to have a supply issue. There are often menu item not available. There is not walk in that I have noticed, so no bathroom access.
