So if i can give no stars i would. I tried to order a large shake which by the way is on there menu and was told they dont do large shakes because they dont make profit. First its 8.99 so i know they make profit but second why is it on ur menu still and third when my shake comes its not even full. T

Got wrong order, didn't get fixed. Manager didn't want to help at all, people in store completely unprofessional and unknown to customer service. its 2020, do better baskin robins and teach your people customer service, and learn about it yourself. very disappointing

The best word to describe the ice cream served here is mediocre. I've never tasted anything here that I absolutely loved. The service is great though and it's pretty decently priced compared to other ice cream places.
