Nick and Julie cooked an amazing dinner at my house over the summer for our family and friends. This foie gras was made with a cherry gastrique on seeded bread, delicious. And to top it off, my 16 old son thought Chef Nick was the bomb.
Nick catered our wedding and we could not be happier! We were able to customize the menus for the needs of our guests (some vegan, some gluten free) and the results were so delicious, everyone was fighting over the leftovers! Highly recommended!!!
Chef Nick and Julie are not only a joy to work with, they put out the best product!! The food is beautiful and so delicious!!

Wow! I had asked Nick to create a meal at my home for a Birthday and he and Julie created a most spectacular feast. I have a special place in my belly for chimichuri and the flavors in his blew my mind.
