The drinks were delicious! There was a nice variety to choose from and they all looked so beautiful. The service was great and the food was wonderful. They have vegetarian alternatives for some dishes, which was nice! Liberty is located right next to lucky goat, fuma, and Hawthorne, all sharing the same parking lot. There is ample seating inside and some outside as well. This is a nice place to get together with coworkers after work and enjoy a drink!

Went here for the first time. Food was amazing. Scottish eggs were cooked perfectly. This is the only restaurant we've been able to find where they are not over cooked. Beef tips and Ramen were also good. I was pleasantly surprised how good this was. Very good... service and food.

Don't worry that the menu isn't huge because everything on it is so delicious you want to come back soon to try the rest! The service is friendly and knowledgeable, and the bar makes spot-on, pretty drinks. Relaxing, fun place to hang with family and friends.

We finally had a chance to visit Liberty Bar and Restaurant and I can truly say it was one of the best brunches I have had in Tallahassee. The mimosas get you right 😉 , and the food was seasoned and cooked with love. For an appetizer we tried the Scotish Egg and it was very good. For our entrees I had the Chicken and Waffles (with sausage, you can choose from bacon or sausage) and my wife had the Brunch Burger with fries. I can't wait to come back to try the dinner menu. Jacob our server was very attentive and really knew the menu well. I have already told many of my friends and family about Liberty, and I can promise you have a returning customer is me!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Helped me order gluten-free. While the prices seemed high. It's probably typical of what eating out costs now. Since my boss was treating us. I didn't have to worry about it.

Nice little spot with good vibes, good food, and a nice selection of cocktails. It was recommended to me by a friend who is local to the area and glad I followed his advice. I enjoyed every aspect of my meal here. My redfish was prepared well with a very tasty blend of seasoning. Some of the specialty cocktails get a little too fancy for me (chocolate shavings and other unique ingredients), but the classic old fashioned was perfectly crafted. I will definitely consider visiting again next time I'm in Tally.

Great place for dinner and/or drinks (if you’re into that). Perfect for meeting a prospective client or an old friend! It was nice that it wasn’t overrun with college students. The Liberty burger might just be the best burger in town. I was a little underwhelmed with the general Tso’s chicken sandwich, but the burger and fries were awesome! I didn’t get one, but all of the desert options looked fantastic.

I’ve never had their dinner before, but the food was delicious. I ordered the Harissa red fish and my husband ordered the pork schnitzel (excuse the pics of the partially eaten food, we were hungry). For dessert, we had the pecan pie, which we devoured. They don’t have a ton of main entrees, but there’s a good variety. I can’t wait to come back and try the short ribs and cajun carbonara.

A College town restaurant with a very casual decor and a place to chill with friends. The coctails have interesting names and will appeal to your taste senses. The food menu also offers creative tasty dishes like Buffalo Mac & Cheese and the Cheese and Charcuterie Board.

The food was absolutely amazing!! Delish! Mouth watering melting in your mouth. The problem was it took 1 hour and abt 45 minutes to get our food. 😣....our server ended up comping our drinks. As I looked around the Resteraunt... it was almost full..there was only one couple that had food... and they were sharing the entrée. Also, there was an unpleasant stench from the cigar shoppe that was coming through the walls from next door. 😬

I had the chicken and waffles with hashbrowns. The food was really good and they give you nice size portions. Our server was so sweet and gave very good food suggestions. I will definitely be visiting this establishment again.

The atmosphere here is really cool, and after 8pm they dim the lights and turn up the music to give it more of the bar vibe. We enjoyed appetizers, cocktails, entrees, and desserts. The Scotch egg was probably our favorite thing that we ate. I might try dessert again but it was not as good as the rest of the meal.

Liberty is consistently awesome, IMHO. The drinks are always great, and really inventive. I was told that the staff get to propose their own creations and then they vote on what goes on the menu. Food is always excellent--I can't really remember having anything that wasn't good. Service is normally very good, although I know there might be the odd slow night. The only place you can eat late in town, pretty much. I will be devastated if they ever leave!
