Ordered from Here several times now , and the food has been consistently good, Especially liked the Mushroom Truffle pizza. Plus the staff here is always super friendly
Favorite pizza place! I prefer thin crust pizza and Uncle Maddio's is my first choice. They use high quality ingredients and the product is consistently good. The price is right. Honestly me and my husband can split the small pizza no problem and it's $8. Our favorite is the spicy Italian. Also, the cookies are AMAZING!
The Portobello Pesto pizza was awesome! We couldn't resist the cookies. The recipe could probably be tweaked a bit, but it was still a good cookie!

We got a half and half with their pesto portobello and jamaican jerk pizza. My half was the jamaican jerk..and I have to say..it was awesome. Its topped with jamaican jerk chicken, cilantro, pineapples, green pepper and red onions. The spiciness of the chicken was just right. The veggies played a minor role but the pineapple helped cool down the spice from the chicken. It was a sweet and spicy kind of flavor. The only thing I didn't like was the dryness of the chicken but you could definitely tell they use premium ingredients. If it were fake-processed-yeast-made-crap chicken a lot of chains use, you wouldn't have to worry about it going dry. Its just my personal preference for it not to be dry but its pizza..good pizza..so ill shut up about that part now.
I tried a slice of the pesto portobello and it was pretty good as well. My sister thoroughly enjoyed it. She pointed out how good the herb pesto sauce was as the base. With that being said...............We ordered a large big max the next day with the herb pesto sauce...you know..the make it sorta healthy..
The Big Max is their version of a meat-lovers pizza. It was AHmazing. Its topped with tomato-basil sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, italian sausage, bacon, handmade meatballs. The meatballs was the highlight of it all. Biggest chunks of meatballs I've ever seen on a pizza. This pie was a tad greasier than the previous one but its probably due to all the meats.
For the price, Uncle Maddios is definitely more of a "special occasion" kind of a pizza joint but definitely worth the price for the quality you get.
Buffalo. Pizza. No celery--- an awesome pie worth the $8 bucks. The blue steak is very good too. Been here several times and each experience has been a tasty one.
Chocolate. Chunk. Cookie.. The meatball panini is excellent. The pizzas are thin and are good based on description. The highlight of the meal, however, is the chocolate chunk cookie. Get an extra to go...you'll thank me.
LOVE this place!. This is one of my favorite places to eat. The cost is a little high, but worth it! I typically get the gluten free crust (as preference) and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure the crust is kept separate from the other ingredients. They'll even change their gloves before handling the gluten free crust. The chicken sausage is really good (when I was still eating meat) but since making the switch to vegetarian I generally just get cheese, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes. Great place, and I recommend it!
Like it!. Been there a dozen times or so. Great menu and tasty food. The convenient location helps, too.
Pretty good. I've been in a couple times during my work lunch. Haven't been disappointed so far. Great service. I love that they have a gluten free option. I'm not gluten intolerant but my hubby goes on and off paleo.
Great Pizza!. Made my own pizza and loved it! The thin crust is wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back!
Good food, lead the way of pizza industry. I like the fact you make it there. I think this concept will explode. I also like the way you keep it kid friendly and have the freestyle machine, but also serve beer/wine. Great concept. Great pizza.

Not Bad. I took the kids to Uncle Maddio's for lunch before we went grocery shopping. The concept is interesting, the ordering/cooking process straightforward, and the pizza was okay. The crust on both pies was crisp with some nice chewiness. The sauce was a bit sweet and the toppings were middle of the road. Overall, not bad for a quick lunch.
Excellent Pizza, Great Value. I've eaten at Maddio's four of five times now. What a pleasant surprise! I wasn't expecting much from a pizza joint that uses a conveyor belt oven but boy was I wrong. The stars here, are the fresh dough and ingredients. All the meats have great flavor and the veggies are on the money. The pizza chefs are generous with the toppings and the overall service is excellent. My favorites to date are the "Big Max" and the Buffalo style pizza. The garlic breadsticks are also worth ordering...real fresh chopped garlic! The only thing I've been disappointed in is the steak panini...not terrible, but not worth ordering over the pizza. Nice atmosphere and overall concept. A welcome addition to Tallahassee.
Homemade, fast, fresh, freaking delicious. That sums up Uncle Maddio‘s for me. This new pizza “joint” is located on Mahan in the new Publix Shopping Center, and I had the pleasure of visiting it last week for lunch. What’s so great about Uncle Maddio’s? Think Chipotle meets pizza. Everything is fresh and presented in front of you for YOU to build and customize. When you walk in, there’s a wall that directs you around to a pizza maker (is there an official word for this) and tons of fresh veggies, sauces, meats, etc. You then tell them what you want on your pizza. You pick all of it. So many combination possibilities. Seriously, the topping options are endless. Are you gluten-free? No problem. They’ve got you covered. Not sure many other pizza places can say that. They also serve hormone-free chicken, some organic veggies and other things that make us food people go, “YES!!” Oh, and best of all, they have personal-size pizzas so everyone can get what they want. A trip to the zoo meant grocery shopping got pushed back to Sunday. Before braving the supermarket’s aisles with two restless preschoolers I decided to fill their bellies with their favorite food, pizza! I ran the plan by the two little people sitting behind me strapped in their car seats, and they heartily approved. Weaving through traffic we arrived at the newest pizza place on the east side of town, Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint.
I had such a great experience here. This place was catered at my doctor's office and I just had to go back on my own! I got the steak and blue pizza with balsamic glaze which was absolutely delicious 🤤 I also got a Greek salad with chicken added. Manager was super nice and gave us two free slices of cheesecake for us having to wait so long.
I believe this is one of the best pizza places in town..hands down. So fresh, delicious and left me and my bf debating on who was going to get the last slice 🍕🥴🤣🤣
Don't walk run to this location...im in love and can't wait to come back!

Best pizza place in town. If u dont like the pizza its your own fault- u can build ur own with whatever ingredients you want, fresh ingredients. Puts blaze to shame. And great beer and wine available. Oh!- and its local!

Never ever had a bad pizza from Uncle Maddio's! There are a few of their signature pizzas I love, but I also love that they can still be customized how you choose. And of course the BYO pizza option is always great too.
Joshua was great! He made my pizza very close to a classic thin-crispy crust cheesy new york style pizza. Will be going again. On top of that, he did an excellent job with the special request garlic knot I asked for. The team was equally as kind during checkout and service.
Pizza was so delicious. Sweet tea was just the right amount of sweetness lol. Love how this place is set up with all toppings in front of you so you choose everything you want. Half of the pizza was chicken club with a few extra toppings and extra cheese. The other half was about the same but more meat. Loaded with lots of topping and very cheesy. :)
I love this place. Everything is made to order. A lot of drink options, including alcoholic. Cheesecakes, cannoli, and cookies available for desert.

Crust was a little to greasy for my liking, but I'm a pretty hard critic when it comes to pizza. Ordered the Margareta pizza was just okay. Hard working kids behind the counter helped bump this review from a 3 star to a 4 star.

My lovely wife and I had undeniably delicious buffalo chicken pizza, Sante Fe chicken salad and lovely pints of ice cold and refreshing Proof IPAs for lunch. The food and beers were great! The service was great!
Hannah was very nice on the phone and when I came in to pick up my order there was a mistake with the pizza size. She didn’t tell me I was wrong, or argue with me. She remade it, and even gave me the small one on the house. All with a smile! Pizza was delicious per usual!

Spent at least 30 min setting up an online order for my family and the whole thing crashed….argh!!!!! Decided to call in the order out of mere frustration with the site. Adam answered the call and he was top knotch right in every aspect! Took our huge order, repeated it back almost perfectly and all was well again. Arrived to pick up and the order smelled divine and everything was fresh tasting not one complaint. Food was absolutely delicious, perfect! Most important, the employees at this Mahan location were so on top of it, friendly and ready to serve their customers! Thank you!
