The food was good but just average breakfast food. The gravy was really good though. When we ordered, they asked me my favorite musician name which I was thrown off by. I answered and then realized later on that the answer was the food pick up name. I almost forgot what answer I said. I think the persons real name or giving table numbers makes more sense.

EDITED NEW REVIEW (old review below), August 2023: Changed review from 1 star to 5 star. New GM took over in June. He reached out to me and invited me back to the restaurant to have a new and better experience. The restaurant looked clean, but the food was a complete 180 from the last time I had come in. My order was CORRECT, it was FRESH AND HOT, and the biscuit was soft and flaky (not hard and crusty). It reminds me of when the restaurant first opened. The new manager (Mr. Kelly) was super friendly and professional. Hoping this place continues to do a huge and positive flip! Very thankful for the opportunity to come back and try this location out again. (Pictures of my Potatoes O' Ryan posted from today's visit.) ORIGINAL REVIEW, March 2023: This store has gone downhill A LOT since new management took over. Wait times are awful. Quality is subpar. Order precision leaves a lot to be desired. General staff attitude seems low. One time I called in to report a pricing error and had the GM, Byron, contradict me (I was upcharged for something that actually came with the food I ordered... the cashier tried to defend this upcharge as well, and it was a lie according to their menu and website). I stood my ground and eventually "a refund was issued". (This refund never hit my credit card that I saw, and I was too frustrated to exert the time and effort to file a case with my bank for $2.) Came in to this location the other day just to turn around and walk out. Really a shame. I will be frequenting the downtown location more, now. Big :(

First Time Experience Was Simple Scrumptious With The Retro Biscuit Bacon/Egg/Cheese And Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice !

We've eaten at Maple Street Biscuit company for years, and loved everything we've ever tried! Every single biscuit is amazing (my all-time favorite has always been and will always be the Squawking Goat), and the new sides and meals they've added to the menu through the years are great as well.

Maple street is awesome! Good home cooking food feels. Awesome flavors. Their honey mustard is my favorite! Their coffee is really great, too! Sometimes there’s not enough staff to keep up with the rushes, service gets a slow sometimes- especially waiting for coffees. The staff that I do see is always so happy and energetic and enthusiastic. Always very helpful. Overall, I have always have enjoyed my experiences here and will be back.
