I've been going to this restaurant since I was a baby and my parents brought me. It has never dissapointed me! I absolutely LOVE the food and atmosphere. It is the best Asian buffet in town. Even though the food selection is smaller than the "big places" the QUALITY of the food is way better! Quality is always better than quantity! The owner knows my face and my whole family and makes us feel very special any time we come in!

While a menu is available, most people will probably prefer the buffet. Although the selection is smaller than at some restaurants, it makes up for that by being uniformly high quality. Chicken and tofu dominate, but beef, pork, and a few vegetable options are also available. Service staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are quite affordable.

This place is awesome. Great buffet with lots of vegan/vegetarian options (the eggplant is the best). Everything was delicious and clean but the cook was relaxed enough to come chat with us at our table. One of the owners heard us praising the tofu dish and had some packed up for us to take home. Overall, an awesome local-vibe with both Americanese 'take-out' and more traditional food options.

This place is permanently closed 11.2019. This is a very authentic, family owned Taiwanese restaurant. Pro: delicious home cooking style Chinese food. Lots of vegetarian options: Orange tofu, the best green beans around, rice noddles, and eggplants with garlic sauce... Con: this place really needed some clean up and update. It is so old, and it shows. They have short hours, and sometimes they close too early. Their buffet items changes, and some times I miss out on my favorite. It's a little expensive. Lunch $8.5 dinner $10.75.

Lovely folks who run it. Great quality food. The parking can be a challenge for some people. There's one lot and then some side street parking. Prepare to do a little walking if you're way back in the parking lot. It's not a huge trek but, if you're handicap, wearing heels or something, it could be difficult. Totally worth the trip!

Bamboo House is such a perfect example of the hole in the wall Chinese restaurant with magically great food that everyone tries to keep a secret for themselves. I have heard rumors about the quality of Bamboo House for a while, but always felt a bit iffy about it. Could it really be that good? Well, I'm glad I finally took the chance! I went with the buffet this time around, to get a feel for the various dishes. Hands down my favorite is the cashew chicken, with the sweet & sour chicken and crab rangoon coming in close second! I'll have to come back soon for full dishes off the menu, now that I've found a few favorites.

I go to the Bamboo House regularly to meet with friends and I just noticed that they have recently painted, got a new canopy, and re-surfaced the parking lot. I just wanted to say that I think it looks great. It makes the place look so much better than before. The food quality is always great, but before it was a bit shabby looking. Now, it's got a better appeal.

They cook the best Asian foods compared to other buffet places. Me and my family moved from Vietnam to the state not too long ago, and we all compliment on the food quality. If you're looking for authentic, you should have this place on the list.

One of the better oriental buffets witth good vegetarian choices. They really prepare outstanding items from their menu and those are the best choices. Friendly folks. Cleanliness is not the best but typical in my experience.

Flat rate Chinese buffet. A great variety of food, and very friendly staff. Don't see something in the buffet that you'd like to try? Ask! It's usually made to order for you - and the selection of buffet items is always changing. Do not let the one way street prevent you from coming to this restaurant!

After personally spending quite a time in China, I highly recommend this restaurant. The woman whom welcomed us to her restaurant made us a special plate of 鱼香茄子 (a eggplant specialty dish). I highly suggest this place because the atmosphere and people are supreme.

Haven't been here in a while. The family on staff are incredibly nice. And the food is definitely the best Chinese food in town. Not to mention buffets..... Super fresh

The best restaurant in Tallahassee. Lucy cooks fresh food with heart. Wonderful wonderful and the staff is so friendly you think you just got invited to their home. The hidden jewel in the culinary mediocrity of Tallahassee.
