Better than any other place in town. Locally owner and great variety. Dairy Queen and other franchise owned places can't compare to the shake shop.

We loved it!! Staff was super friendly and went at the perfect time, it started to get a little full at the end, but even the wait wasn’t bad. We were checking out all the other orders that was coming out � pretty cool place, we’ll be back!
Went last night 1st time for my son’s bday. He had the Cookie Monster. Awesome! We were told it would be 20 min. for 3 milkshakes and it was. The wait in line and the wait for it was worth it. Hopefully, they will get a better order/ delivery system in the future. Great customer service too! Kudos��

Only thing I'd recommend is a bigger space because you guys are killing it.
Such amazing and friendly service! The milkshakes are super delicious and definitely instagram worthy. They’re open late too, so if you’ve got a craving they are the place to go for sure!
I’ve been here several times and I love it. I wish they had more than one person working at a time though. The service gets really slow because they get super busy and that’s a lot of work for one person to do. Those milk shakes require time and patients. Definitely need to up their staff. Especially at night.
We got size small milkshakes and they were delicious! They noticed I had my dog outside on the patio with me and brought him a pup cup, which was so cute.
Best Ice-cream spot in Tallahassee! My Family and I love this spot so much. The Milkshakes are my favorite and come in all kinds of awesome signature flavors. They are definitely photo-worthy treats. I love that they often have half off sales and send really good sales via email, too. Discounts get me in the door more often for sure! The treats would have me coming back regardless though because they are so delicious. The inside was so cute and the service was quick and courteous. Thank you to the staff and we will definitely be visiting often.
The desserts were excellent! My girlfriend had the "date night" and I had 2 scoops of butter pecan in a waffle bowl with pralines. The date night it's supposed to be shared does the name date night but all my girlfriend gave me was a piece of the Briny which was very good. We were there after 10:30 and there were people still coming in.. the service was great and I plan on going back
They were out of a lot of stuff but the milkshakes are amazing! I had the campfire which is a s'mores milkshake. Impressive presentation and delicious. Tasted high quality. There was a line out of the door...for good reason.

35 min wait after ordering. could use a little more ice cream to topping ratio. Using cake icing to hold peanut butter cups to outside of cup was ingenious. Will have snack for a few days.

My kids and I love this the feel of this place. Especially my 4 year old, their ice cream is delicious, I wish the service was friendly though. Everytime we have come, the person serving us seemed very upset and not at all approachable. Maybe they need more help idk. But all in all a fun place to go.
Everything was great the ice cream even the customer service from Miss. Tiffany! She was the only one and got every ones ice cream right on time total of 14 customers! She deserves a huge raise and also why would this company make one person work?
Nice little college town icee cream spot. Great selection of treats but a little on the pricey side. Service is a bit slow but very nice. Worth the trip.
