Our Valentine's Day dinner was spectacular from start to finish. Love the atmosphere, the bartenders, serving staff and the food was phenomenal. Perfect night! Thank you all so much!!!
The Food Is To Die For... They even have Nonalcoholic Drinks that are very tasty especially when prepared by Danny Anderson..If you have not tried this place, you are missing out!
My husband and I consider this "our neighborhood" bar. We have been coming here for a while and just love it. The bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable and the cocktails are amazing! And since now they are serving tapas, it's even better!! Highly recommend!!
My pal and I visited The Fox & Stag for the first time last night. I'm so so so glad we did. Mike, the bartender, greeted us kindly and treated us like gold. He was fun to hang with, as my friend and I were the only two people in the place throughout most of our visit. The drinks were delicious. On top of Mike's kind demeanor, he helped cure a bout of hiccups I developed by giving me some kind of fernet concoction; I'm not even joking, it literally cured my hiccups as soon as I drank it. Mike's a wizard! The environment of The Fox & Stag is extremely charming and delightful. Everyone in Tallahassee who enjoys a pleasant place to just sit and have a drink definitely needs to spend their time here. 10/10 will be back again.

We had a great evening, James was the bartender and made recommendations. He is very pleasant and we enjoyed talking with him. Chef Sergio brought out our food, introduced himself and explained the set up. It was a slow evening while we were there as hurricane Irma threatening. The seating was very comfortable and the music was good. It was our first time there, but not our last.

Best Amaretto Sour (made with egg white), and the music by Willow was great. Awesome talent.
I decided to try the "Last Word" - because the bartender was so informative about the history of green chartreuse and really sold me. I'm glad he did because I'll definitely be coming back for more.
My boyfriend had an old fashioned - it was one of the best - only thing that was missing was the luxardo cherry. Maybe next time?

A quiet bar you can go chat with friends over a drink or two. Didn't check out the beer selection but the wine and cocktail are great. Happy hour on weekdays between 5 and 7: cocktail for 5 bucks and beer one dollar off. Food is decent too. Small plates but tasty.
This place is fire!!!!! Fox & Stag is classy, upscale and a chill place to lounge with cocktails. The new appetizers are unique and BOMB. You can't find another bar in town that serves food (or drinks) like these. The decor is beautiful, and the bartenders are super friendly. Props to James - he's the best one!
Great walkable location, relaxed and cozy interior, with premium upscale cocktails. Their Old Fashioned is my favorite in Tallahassee. And best Happy Hour around with $5 cocktails from 5-7. Also love the hummus, with freshly cooked pita chips, it’s a delicious snack for a couple friends having a drink!
The Fox & Stag is one of the classiest bars in Tally. It has a very cozy and luxurious vibe with high-backed booths for cozy convos and a long mirror-backed bar. The bartenders love to craft a good cocktail and the specialty drink menu is interesting, but the bitters selection could use a boost. Yummy and creative bar food is available.
This is not an inexpensive place, so it attracts an adult crowd and isn't full of students.
I'm only giving 4 stars because even though the bathroom is cute, it's starting to smell like a bar bathroom.
The absolute BEST old fashioned in Tallahassee! I'm a big fan of champagne and they make a mean champagne cocktail. All the bartenders are well trained and can mix a balanced drink. Great place for people who are interested in exploring cocktails or scotch.
Nice, chile place. The atmosphere is laid back and everybody pretty much tend to themselves and/or the people they came with. The drinks are ok. I've had better. The music isn't too loud where you can't hear your conversation. Nice spot.
Intimate environment with amazing drinks. The bartenders are inviting and funny. I'm always surprised by how good their weekly drink tastes. Kudos to Fox, I would recommend it to everyone.

The best chicken waffles in town. The reduction with rosemary and mint is on a whole other level. The prices are more than reasonable and the atmosphere was great. I will be back.
