I had a fantastic lunch here at the recommendation of my brother. I had a taco that was good, but kinda mid. But....I also got a steak California burrito and it was Really good.....like, really really good.
Order at the counter and then there are a few staff that will provide refills, etc.

Can’t wait to come back. The enchiladas verdes were incredible, and there are many other options on the menu I am looking forward to trying as well. Dining room was clean, employees were attentive and patient.

The best taco I’ve had in Tallahassee!! The steak taco I had was phenomenal, and the Al Pastor was as well. They charge you for salsa, which I don’t particularly love, but I thought the steak taco was the best taco I’ve had in quite a while. Pretty good parking too.
OMG!!! If you haven't been here yet, what are you thinking! Get in the car, truck, plane, train, helicopter, take a bus, or ride a bike, I'm pretty sure you get my point. It's really that damn good.
Edit: I realized there was no mention of the Chicken Fajita Nachos. My teen absolutely loved them! T
Maria Maria always has delicious fresh Mexican food. It is not greasy and there are healthy options. There are great vegetarian choices top. They are great about making substitutions for things I cannot eat. I am so glad that this restaurant has become a Tallahassee staple!
I've visited this restaurant many times now over the past couple of years, and it literally never disappoints. I've tried numerous menu items, and loved all of them! My faves are anything with carnitas, but especially the sope. The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant, and the food is super deli
What a great place for traditional Mexican food. Great service, clean, and the food is excellent. Everything is made to order and has great flavor. We started with chips, salsa and guacamole then sampled a selection of enchiladas, tostadas, sope, and tacos. All were unique and fresh. Close to F
