We stopped in for a sandwich at 9:00 pm, after driving 13 hours from Texas. Although they closed in an hour, the staff greeted us with smiles. The service was great and the place (including the bathroom) was so nice and clean! Kiddos to the manager/supervisor!
These guys know how to handle a rush. I was so confused and thought I had placed my order on the Pensacola street location that is under remodel. I called this location and the young man was so polite despite it being crazy busy. Polite and fast. Great spot!
Great food! Great service!! Great prices!! Just plain GREAT!! I take mine to go but they also have a great place to eat if you want to sit down and enjoy your meal. Gotta try the pickles they are fantastic

The fellas at Jimmy Johns on Pensacola St. allowed me to have a wonderful experience while serving me from start to finish. Dalton was my cashier, he was very patient with me and I’m a pretty indecisive person he made sure that my order was as just how I’d like it; punctual attitude and very personable. Antonio and David both crafted my unwhiched with some real love and personality. Those guys are “THE GUYS..” I have worked in the food industry for a few years and I love when a crew like this is fun to interact with to make each guest feel as though we were friends from the 2nd grade. We had so much fun We all forgot the pickles (insert sponge bob episode) and I drove back for them. However I’d hate to end my compliment with negativity so I won’t mention their name but as a word of advice when you have guests that are watching you and the guest asks you to stop attempting to prepare their food to practice good hand hygiene before putting on gloves; and you question the guest is a bad look on their part and the company’s.
(Dalton, Antonio, David) They have to be my sadwhich crafters for as long as they are their working y’all are awesome.
The staff is always super friendly. They always have my tailgate order ready and correct. They are also very fast we when have a walk in order.
