Hello . I would give this wingstop a 5 star a million times . I’ve arrived at this wingstop today & I received the best customer service from the cashier Andre. He deserves a raise. I had issues with my DoorDash & he helped me. The food was hot and fresh. He didn’t take a long time to make my food. I waited about 10 minutes for my order. I ordered a 8pc wing combo with corn on the side. He was very helpful and understanding. I really appreciate him for being a kind hearted person.
I have historically loved it here. They have great wings - and despite having a gluten intolerance I've generally been okay to order their traditional wings without having issue. (Note that I'm generally not too sensitive to cross contamination so Your Experience May Vary)
Great for takeout. Recommend getting lemon pepper and having a hot sauce on the side for dipping.
I always stop here when passing through and get a large meal for my family. Andre was awesome. Although he was busy, he took the time to answer all of the questions I had about the different flavors we have not tried. Customer service goes a Long way these day. I ordered at the store and waited inside. It took about 25 mins to get my order. Everything was in there and it was hot and fresh!
Only downfall for me would be I am not allowed to leave a tip on my card and I do not carry cash. The guys working today all 3 deserved a tip!
The food was actually pretty good. I've never been here before so I didn't know what to expect. The service was friendly and everyone was nice. Overall, a good experience for my first time there.
The wait time was accurate. The staff was welcoming and the food was great. I will definitely be returning to this location.
I love this place but I hate how long it takes to receive orders. The location just seems to be overwhelmed with customers waiting for food, another location near by is much needed.
Wing Stop on W Tennessee is hands down the best. The cashier was polite and courteous, which is rare in this day and time. My order was accurate, and my food was delicious! It was hot. They understood the assignment!!! I will definitely be back. I hope management reads this review. I indulged too quick. No pictures captured.

First, I was skeptical because I had not heard positive feedback from people about the chicken. So we decided to try for ourselves. Those wings were sooooo goood! Expensive .....Yeeeeesss. Like 20 wings were $28. The wait was almost a hour.

Waited 45 mins for my food only to be given cold. Not sure if they had ready a lot faster than they told me it would be. There was a funny texture to my food so I didn't even eat it. Just eaten the fries. Cost me almost $20 and lost 45 mins of my life. I know they were busy but I've been there when busier. Staff just need to tighten up. Cost too much not to get expected service.

Delicious wings but the online pickup time is ALWAYS wrong. If I order and it says my food will be ready at 12:30, they usually haven’t even cooked my wings yet by 12:45 and actual pickup ends up being 1. I don’t think it matters how long you wait, they always seem to push your order back until you arrive. Pros: the wings are ALWAYS fresh, Cons: it so long to get your food, even if you order ahead.
