Alright folks, let me update you on how Steak n Shake works now. For starters, there are no waiters/waitress's anymore. You walk in and there are four touchscreen kiosks. You go to one of them and select what you want. It's rather pretty simple to do and it's a very large screen so it's easy to read
It was great. From the time we walked in until we left. We ordered from the kiosk - yes, there was a mistake on my husband's steakburger but it was his fault. Food was great milk shake was delicious 😋! Please go and enjoy!!!!!!

Great place to get a quick meal. I liked there ordering system where you use the screen and pick all what you want customizing it as much as you want and then order it. Fella calls your name and then you go to counter for it!! Decent quality of food for being as fast ad they are.
For what it is, evening was great. Service was quick and custom orders were accurate. Food was hot and delicious.
