Every meal I have eaten at Circles has been consistently wonderful. My recent meal included chicken and mushroom egg rolls with a sweet chili oil sauce. My entree was the Normandy chicken with a delicate cheese sauce over egg battered pan frien chicken cutlet over rice. Delicious meal!! Everything on the menu is delightful!!

Circles's return to Carrollwood has been a joyous occasion! Excellent service, updated menu still offers an excellent variety that satisfies even the pickiest palate! You will add this to your list of best restaurants to take friends and family!

I was here a few years ago when I was working on this side of town, and was blown away by the wine selection and the service from our waiter as well as being checked on by the owner. As to the food... It's hard to describe the lamb chops without crying a little bit as I was in heaven for about 45 minutes, and the chicken egg rolls are also amazing. I'm over here working again today, so I guess I have to wait 2 and a half hours to get my lamb chops again when they re-open at 5:00. And so my watch begins...

Had dinner there for first time. Quant place with nice quiet ambiance.I ordered all apps and each one was uniquely presented and delicious. Lobster bisque was delicious and my friend said veal was amazing. I’m headed back tonight because neighbors said human chicken was a favorite! I’ll get pictures tonight!

Food was delicious and service was awesome. Seafood cioppino was so delicious packed with fresh shrimp, scallops, crabmeat, lobster and fish. Each entree comes with salad but for a small up charge you can get lobster bisque. I highly recommend!

Went with group of 6 and we all fell in love AGAIN!!! It happens every time. Food was spectacular, wine Michael pulled was epic and service by Ava was so attentive and spot on. Excellent evening……love this restaurant….calamari, egg rolls, brussel sprouts, Cioppino and pad Thai are off the charts!!!

Wow! All the food here is fantastic. Judy & Michael really knock it out of the park when it comes to service and flavor. My only gripe is that I have to travel so far to eat here...but it is by far well worth it! I'll do it every time. Update: this place is still awesome

On vacation and had a date night. Hadn't been here in 2 years and WOW what an expansion outside! The crack is whack shrimp was awesome! Mahi Mahi with their parmesean potatoes was just what I needed. First come first serve and a small line, but they got folks seated quickly. Several outdoor seating sites have heaters if you go on a slightly cooler evening. See you all the next time we are down!

We ordered the Veal Piccata, Veal Sorentino, and the Eggplant Parmasan. All of them were excellent. Our waitress was the best. I would definitely return when I am in the area.

Delicious food, excellent service in an elegant atmosphere. The Thai coconut soup (Tm Kha Gai) was the best I've ever eaten. Thousands of wine bottles line the walls.

A delightful spot to dine. They have been in this location for 11 years and in Tampa since 1988.

We went with friends, who go on a regular basis. We had been given no expectations. The atmosphere is quaint, cozy, friendly. The menu is extensive. The wine menu is tops! We learned that they have many more wines than on the menu and we could see wine rooms and wine cabinets with amazing choices. Just ask … and the owner will come to your table to help you choose the perfect wine. Their food was delicious. The Crab stuffed flounder was spot-on, as were our other 3 meals. Moderate prices, definitely worth it. This place is a hidden gem. Parking, limited, can be challenging. 5 ⭐️’s

This is what I like to call George Shearing dining. Lovely piano versions of the American Song Book adding to delicious food and ambiance. Most notable, the owner stopped by my table at a Dim Sun restaurant 7 miles from Circles a few days later and remembered what I had on his menu as part of wishing me Happy Easter.

What can you say bad about this place? NOTHING The staff is the best in the business. Friendly, attentive and know how to treat you. Food is amazing! Menu choices are unbelievable. Talk about wine. If will find at least one you like, if not 10! It’s a small and beautiful place to eat. Make sure you make reservations. You will not be disappointed

What a wonderful surprise! A romantic bistro, with Italian, French and Asian food. Good wine list. We had a smoked salmon over corn fritter appetizer and I had seared tuna. Very flavorful. Nice jazz music playing. Well be back.
