Loved this place. I loved the nachos and the portion was huge! I wasn't a fan of the chicken. It seemed blackened and that's just not a taste I personally like, but I'm sure it's good for others. The beans were awesome! I do wish they were refried, but I'll take them as they were. And the salsa bar
First time having them and we loved it. Got to try the grilled shrimp and bacon burrito, fish especial taco, and shrimp taco. All were great with the fish especial being the best. Service was super friendly and very fast. Will definitely come back especially for taco Tuesday deals. Oh and the sangri
Hey, first time here and it was pretty good. I go then California Bowl with Blackend Mahi. ($9.95) the Mahi was cooked nicely and all the ingredients tasted fresh. My friend got 3 tacos, whitefish, shrimp and Mahi and he said they were great. The store was clean and there is plenty of parking.
I am giving 4 stars based on many years of previous great experiences at Rubios in San Diego. Visited Rubios in Tampa, I got the taco trio. The original fish taco and the shrimp taco lived up to expectations, but the Mahi Mahi taco was like eating a sock. Didnt taste bad, but it was too much work to
I got a couple hours before my flight. Found this place from Google map and decided to try it. I ordered a blacken grouper taco. The cooking of the grouper was good. It was not overcooked. Flavor was just right. If you want more spices, they have a hot sauce bar for you to add spices to it. The se
Great tasting fish tacos and much more. Place is clean, ingredients are fresh and staff is friendly. I had the mahi mahi fish tacos and they were great, probably not a bad dish in the house. @tpafood on IG
Great fast food, excellent service! We had the grilled chicken tacos with greens and the power bowl. It was very tasty and flavourful. It was ready quick too. What stood out the most was the kind service. A server came and asked us about our food, and later the manager even came and did the same, an
I had the panko breaded shrimp tacos and they were delicious. I like the fact that there is a salsa bar. The only thing I wish I didn't need to do was pay for sour cream.
Excellent tortilla soup and fish tacos. Tasty salsas and good selection of beverages. Definately on my list for next time I'm in town.
The restaurant is nice and clean. I ordered the coastal trio and it wasn't bad. I was not super impressed but I would probably go back for taco Tuesday. It has a decent outdoor area that is pet friendly.
Best fish 🌮🌮 outside San Diego, actually, better than some in San Diego. For the price, it's 5stars. Most places who tout fish tacos don't do it right, mine were not skimping on the seafood. Got the coastal trio, mahi was grilled perfectly, shrimp + avocado was nice, and original fish taco is legit
I ordered the shrimp tacos and they were really good. They have a keto friendly opinion of having fried cheese wraps instead of the traditional tortillas. It was great to have flexibility.
Great food, we started eating Rubio's when we lived in Colorado and stumbled upon this one! Some of the Best Food Around!
Got the trio, which had the original fish taco, salsa Verde, and mahi mahi. I quite enjoyed all 3, with my favorite being the mahi mahi. The food was tasty and the waiting was minimal. I'll be going again for sure!
Has real promise. Everything fresh. Generous portions. Great salsas. Well priced. Maybe a little understaffed.
Outstanding cuisine, service and prices. If you haven't tried Rubio's, you're clearly missing out. Solid five stars!
