Been coming here for years. By far the best bar in the Tampa area. Great food, bartenders, and John makes everyone feel like a regular. A great place to meet the locals at a happy hour or catch a lightning game. Aoife can craft any drink you can think of and even throw out a few of her own. Make sure to stop by if you are on the island.
Love this pub! Experienced staff and management, a warm, congenial atmosphere, fine food, first rate bar selections, ample parking, attractive decor, nice array of live music acts, both Irish and other: Molly's has everything an Irish pub should have!
This is a gem of a spot for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a well pulled pint. It's the unique combination of family friendly and a cozy pub for the grown ups. Plus you can catch some GAA action on TV if you're lucky.
Great food and friendly staff. Good beer selection too. My favorite place on Davis Islands.
Awesome atmosphere, great staff, wonderful food. and music. Family friendly. Best Irish pub in the Tampa area!
Fantastic place to eat and hang with friends. A varity of foods on the menu and the servers are the best. John is a fantastic person. Love it!!!!
We love everything about this place! Friendly, comfortable atmosphere; great food, including breakfast; and frequently live music as well.
Breakfast was a treat. Best eggs Benedict and Dubliner were excellent, first time we’ll be back. Excellent waitresses, we have allergy issue and they were quick to make all a non issue
Peculiar accent I couldn't understand, but I laughed at their jokes(?) and we all got along! Kitchen is great. Good food and even better drink. Fantastic service. Musicians on weekends are very talented. Great place to catch some footer action.
Great food, wonderful staff. We had a great lunch at Molly’s
We love Molly Malone's! Their crab cake eggs Benedict is delicious! I swap my English muffin for a biscuit too. So good! Super friendly staff as well!
Great pour...Great food...Great staff = Great time Every time
Awesome food, great service. Staff is on point. Definitely will return.
Irish tavern that makes me think I was in Ireland. Except for one thing it not as pricy as nothing on the menu go's over 12 except for the salmon which 13 which is quite a deal at night with live Celtic music.
their Rubin made me think I was in a NY deli and the best I had in Tampa's in the past 24 years and there mashed potato's were so good they did not need any butter and/or gravy and I will be there next week for breakfast which they serve till 3 pm
Great breakfast. They have the same corned beeef hash as the much missed Pink Flamingo. It makes an excellent benidict. service was a little spotty when they first opened but the last couple times I was ther it was spot on.
Great bar! The staff does an amazing job making you feel welcomed. This was one of the first places my girlfriend and I went when we moved on Davis Islands and we keep coming back because of the staff.
I was married in Ireland 🇮🇪 so this pub had special memories for me. The young lady bartender was as friendly as can be, typical Irish. And yes I am lrish as well, very proud of my heritage. Try this pub. You will enjoy.
Great pub with some authentic Irish music and great bar tender. Really good place to have a drink and a laugh.
Recommended by a family member who we were meeting for drinks!
We sat at the bar. Bartender was fab. Didn’t catch his name, but he was attentive, engaging and efficient.
Pricing was reasonable for drinks and looked the same for food. We split the corned beef sliders which met our needs for a snack to soak up the beverages. Next time we will try the shepherds pie!
The bathrooms are spacious/handicap accessible (if you need that!)
Good for locals (there were many including our family members) and great for tourists too. Will definitely go back next time we visit.
The local Irish pub on Davis Island. It's definitely more of a local spot. We went to see friends perform live and there were such great talents here! The vibes were great and the staff was friendly. Can't speak to the food but it's a great place to grab a beer.
This is a wonderful, authentic Irish Pub on historic Davis Islands. Been going here for years. The food is really fabulous with amazing corned beef and cabbage. Pours a good Guinness too. There’s quirky decor, live Irish music, but best of all the friendliest customer service. It’s the perfect neighborhood place where you can go for a walk with the dog and stop in for a pint and a snack or great meal.
Prices and menu online are completely different when you get there. Limited menu. Very loud as a soccer game was going, which was fine. I got 4 sliders..Reubens. Needed more of everything. Did not come with sides. 13.00. Wouldn't go back. Too pricey for what you get. Waitress was nice.
Great food and music! A very local feel at this bar. I definitely recommend Thursday night as that's when they bring in some real musical talent.
This is my regular hangout for Liverpool games and I love the staff here especially Katey (sorry if I got your name wrong) who is such a fantastic server! Only suggestion I have is expand the menu with a bit more plant (vegetarian) options and I'll be a much happier man!
Fun St. Patrick's day party
We were just passing through after Busch gardens and wanted to try out a local place. WE LOVED IT! It’s very quaint and the staff is friendly. The food was great! The wings were extra crispy and cooked to perfection and the baked goat cheese was life changing. The bartender was incredibly friendly and if we are ever in the area again we will be back!! A MuST HAVE!
So I'm a local and don't delve into this pub too often but I was beyond impressed. Stopped by for a kid sized burger and glass of wine for Sunday brunch. KATIE was a pleasant surprise. Bright cheery happy . Dont see that too often anymore.
Glad I stopped by because I learned there is consistent live music on weekend evenings starting at 9 and some blue grass and open Mike. This is a hidden gem for south Tampa.
P.s. burger is perfection! Thanks guys
It's always a good time here. Drinks are always poured properly. Beer is fresh. Staff are wonderful to just sit and chat with while they still take care of the whole pub. You can enjoy live music or just talk to the locals. Indoor or outdoor seating. It's an actual proper irish owned pub. Always a stop in Tampa!
What as delightful find! We were to meet friends. We are all from out of town and ended up in two different restaurants with similar names. I’m glad they decided to meet us where we were, because we all enjoyed Molly Malone’s. There was live Irish music, a pleasant surprise. Service was friendly and excellent. Onion rings were fantastic! Two of us had fish and chips, and they both said it was very good. One had corned beef and cabbage and enjoyed it. I had shepherds pie and was disappointed. There wasn’t a pea in it, although the carrot slices were fresh and tasty. There was little seasoning, so it hadn’t much flavor. Portions were large. I’d definitely return if I were in Tampa again.
