Hands down my favorite spot in Tampa to go to. Drinks are great and the food is even better! I’m a huge dog person so I love that I’m able to bring my pup and hang out on the outside patio bar. They even offer all you can eat dog biscuits for the pups!! If you haven’t been I would def recommend stopping by!!!
I’ve lived in Tampa my whole life. I’ve seen bars/restaurants come and go. Franklin Manor is pure class and quality. The food, drinks and staff are great. I believe it’s a reflection of ownership and management. The atmosphere and vibe is awesome! If you haven’t been, you’re missing out. Had my 35th Birthday there, and my friends and family loved it!
This review is long overdue since I started coming here when they opened! FM was a great addition to Tampa night life. Before they opened the only option for music and drinks with my friends was SOHO......and that gets old after a while. I was really happy to find a better crowd here. It can get pretty crowded but the service is pretty fast and I'm always happy with my drinks. Definetly a place to check out if you live in the area or are just here for a visit.
This place it's amazing , service was exceptional , I took my friends that are visiting from Europe and they loved the atmosphere and the drinks �!!! Frosé is sooooo delicious !!!! Fantastic place and now it will be my favourite place to go for sure !!!
Whenever I go out late night downtown I always make a stop by Franklin Manor. They have great live musicians or DJs making the place lively and have a great array of beers and cocktails (frose is legit). Usually a pretty good crowd to being some party atmosphere as well.
I always have a great time here at Franklin Manor! Such a good atmosphere. There’s always a live band playing outside and a DJ playing inside with a big mix of different music! I Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have a fun time!
Great place to either get your night started or end your night. Fun, upscale atmosphere. Management and staff are amazing. I celebrated my bday there, couldn’t ask for a better night! They were super attentive and really made the whole night special! �

I would like to start this by saying, "I'm not picky, I'm "particular"!" when it comes to food.The service was beyond amazing, and thank goodness we had a big group because i was able to try a little of everything, not to mention, the staff met our every request with no hesitation or unwillingness to make it happen. The location is perfect, great ambiance and the patio accommodated our large and chatty group. I have been back several times after my first encounter at The Franklin Manor and the service nor food has faltered or swayed from being absolutely impeccable. I have recommended and encouraged many friends, family, and co-workers to go and experience this new and much needed spot in downtown and have yet to hear anything negative. Keep up the good work, we really appreciated the overall experience.

Good outdoor bar which also serves food. They have several live bands and dj's playing. The staff is pretty friendly and provided good service. The patio is also dog friendly which is nice.
The restaurant is more of a party environment but is still family friendly if you so choose. The music can be pretty loud though so bear that in mind for small children.
Overall a fun place for a few drinks and food.
I absolutely love this place! We moved to Tampa about 3 weeks ago and this was the first place we checked out( it’s across the street why not) we loved it from day one! From the bartenders to the atmosphere! Absolutely a blast to come here! The food is amazing! The drinks are great! And how can you beat 4-8 happy hour daily!
I love the live music and how I can watch the sunset from my balcony and be able to hear the cool live bands! Special shout outs to Allan, Melissa, Blair, Mikey, Miguel, Chris, Alissa, Dakota And honestly everyone has been wonderful! And nothing but hospitable!
P.S for all those that live in our community and that complain about noise simple question: what did you expect living downtown to be? Quite? Come on now!
Excellent outdoor club/bar/hang out place. Decent drinks and people are generally very friendly. Seems to be popular with the LGBT crowds as well, so it can get pretty lit.
The froze drinks were great and also the Cuban nachos! Live music and great environment, it was a really good experience, the waitress recommend the nachos, thanks for the service!
Okay so I've come here several times but have never experienced a night like tonight. It was a date night with my wife but the highlight tonight was the bartender Jesse. He was absolutely amazing and made our night. He had an awesome character. He was attentive, knowledgeable, funny, and went above expectations. Most bartenders don't make time for you with a full bar but he checked on us very often and never missed a beat. The drinks were great and the food was delicious. We had a wonderful time along with the fantastic music in the background. This is such an awesome place time and time again. I thank Jesse for making it the most memorable one.
Awsome food, Cuban nachos and truffle fries are my favorite. A little pricy on the drinks unless you go during happy hour, but they all taste like top shelf. Great mix of college students and 30yr olds, and it seems classier than most places on Howard Avenue because of this, I've been numerous times and never observed any confrontations; they do get rid of the bar stools inside and out around 9pm for some reason.
This is one of the best lounges I have ever attended there is an outside with plenty of space music and food and the inside is not too cramped with a nice modern feel, Franklin manor is definitely a place you want to check out there seems to always be something going on every night, food is amazing and has a little of something to accommodate almost any type of crowd this is most definitely a must see and chill place highly recommend!!!

The outdoor patio bar is lovely and the Irish Old Fashioned is excellent. The drink is made with Jameson cask mates whiskey, housemade guiness syrup, and walnut butters.
I really liked the brunch we went passing by on our way home and this place was nice love the frosé and chicken and waffles were so good.
Cozy place for a night club. Artistic decor. Didn't eat here but they have food. This DJ was really good I think his name was Kuh 🤣😂🤣😂😂
Great place to come hang out with friends, coworkers, or family. They have a unique blend of specialty cocktails, liquor, and beer as well as small bites to snack on. There is always great live music playing outside on the patio or a DJ to listen to in the inside bar area. I have never had a bad experience there. I have had a couple of parties there and the staff and owners were very accommodating.
Great patio vibes and late night club atmosphere inside! The bartenders are quick even during prime busy hours! The inside can get super packed since its not the biggest venue so make sure to book a table with a bottle girl if you want more space and bottle service!
Nice bar with lots of space. Indoor is nice with small dance floor, big bar, stage for DJ and lots of high tables. Outside has more room but only bar and stage are covered. Looked like might be a good small concert venue. Has a food window but was closed because it was late. Lady bartender was attentive and actually tried to get MY attention to see if I wanted a drink. Then when I went inside for 15 minutes she remembered me and what I had and asked me if I wanted another when I came back. Only been here once but pleasant experience. Took off one star for parking. I was there Thursday but imagine in that area with all the other bars in the area the street and small lots are full to overflowing.
Very chill atmosphere, especially during happy hour: 4 pm - 8 pm. There is something for everyone. If you want to grab a few drinks, talk and relax you can hang outside near the bar and open space...or go dancing in the club. The entire staff including the servers are super friendly and down to earth too!
Came here to celebrate a birthday. The outside was super pretty and very lively. It got pretty crowded around 9 and the live band was great. Service was good ,although the prices for drinks were a bit high they were great tasting! Will definitely come back
I went on St. Patrick's Day for the block party and had a blast. Excellent service and drink specials. The atmosphere was very fun and lively. One of the employees was dressed like a leprechaun and it really added to the fun. I will definitely be going back for happy hour with friends.

My girlfriends and I came out to this place on a Saturday night for a girls night. Lots of people when we got there at 11pm. There were too many people inside that we didn't even try to go in and listen to the DJ. Instead, we opted to hang out outside in the courtyard area. They also, had a DJ outside playing early 2000's music. They have an outdoor bar as well and even had a big fan outside to help cool people off as it was a hot and humid Florida evening. The drink prices were a bit pricey which is why I gave 4 stars but the bartenders were nice and worked quickly to serve the people. I never had to wait to long to get a drink despite it being packed outside. We ventured inside around 1:30am as the crowd seemed to have moved outside and inside they played more current music. The restrooms were clean and well maintained and the bar in itself was very nice and had a great atmosphere. If you are looking for a place to go and have a good evening out dancing, hanging out with friends or just to get a few drinks this place had all of that. Not to mention no cover charge! Can't bet that for a place downtown.
