Pollo Tropical never fails! It’s a must stop for us every time we are in the area! Even taking it back to NY to deliver it to family members! So with that being said the food was delicious and chicken and pulled pork was nice and moist and juicy with flavors. The sweet plantain are always a treat! This location was clean and staff was very friendly and welcoming!
I wish we had a Pollo Tropical up north!! The food is simple, healthy, flavorful, and inexpensive. The restaurant was bright and clean, the service was good.
Delicious, fast, and full of flavor. I love their crispy grilled chicken, tender & steamy rice, piping hot beans that are so good, and of course who can forget the soft sweet roll & delicious sauces. This place is great for a 5 lunch, and super refreshing drink. Their new mango lemonade was amazing! I wish I had more 😂😂 they are always so busy! But definitely go and have some yummy food with prices to match.
First time trying a pollo tropical and was very impressed. The garlic and the rum sauces are amazing, wish it had a sauce bar as if love to try more. Bowl lasted for left overs.

Tried out Pollo Tropical for the first time on a trip to Tampa. The food was great! I got the Cuban sandwich and also had the 1/2 grilled chicken.
Both were excellent! Pricing was decent too. The service was a little slow but the good food made it worth it. I will likely go again.
Fast fast service, if you Ghanaian you'll love their rice "anwamoo." Food taste great-best grilled chicken I've had besides my brother in law (Nik's). Will visit again.

The chicken is always delicious and fresh off the grill. My personal favorite is the regular tropi-chop bowl with grilled chicken, yellow rice and veggies, black beans, tomatoes, peppers, and sauteed onions. I can never get enough. Their shrimp is very good, too.
