Have the opportunity to enjoy a classic Charlie steak sub.. with extra mushrooms extra onions and extra meat.. literally blew my mind with flavor.. everything was delicious authentic and the steak was super tender. The staff was super helpful and friendly.. could not ask for a better experience
Charley's Cheesesteaks is the only place I go to get food in this food court. No matter the time of day, the sandwich is the same-perfect!

Although the lunch rush can be busy the staff handled it well and kept the line flowing. Food was made quickly and staff were super friendly.
They've messed up my order the last two times. The food is great; just not what I ordered.
Ordered small Buffalo Chicken with fries and peach lemonade. Small sandwich with fries and drink are always filling. Line moved a little slowly but it moved. Good meal at a reasonable price.
The shop at the MacDill exchange area. was all right a bit pricey for me, can get busy around lunch time
Cheese Steak is really good, but I would love to have all the meat and veggies grilled together
Had a new Bourbon steak sandwich that was really good! I asked for extra Bourbon sauce, and it made it even better! Don't forget the loaded ultimate fries too 🤤

The team today graciously took my order and made my meal without mentioning it was well past their hours of operation! Just wow'd me not a complaint was uttered or that I didn't get turned away. Great service!
Get food and service. Very easy to customize your sandwich. Fries are good.
Always great food. Although I had to remind the manager that the cashier that does not wear gloves should not be touching any kitchen objects. That is a health hazard. She contaminated the entire kitchen. You can not touch cash and cards then touch food equipment. That was their first warning.
Fast and friendly service, they allowed us to substitute meat/cheese options from the menu which made it so much better!!
Cashiers either struggle with understanding English (not being sarcastic) or they are purposefully rude. The ultimate fries were delicious though.
