This is my second time here, and the food is amazing. We had quesabirria tacos with a side of nachos , and grilled mojo chicken tacos. The good is great, and service is quick. I gave 3 stars for service however, due to the fact that I was 5 minutes early to open time (11am), and they told me to wait yet 2 other people came up no less than a minute later and took both of their orders before me even though they saw me standing there which was a bit off putting. I can understanding making me wait to prep food, but the double standard is distasteful. At the very least, they should have taken my order so I was first in line instead of making me wait on two other parties orders especially since I was there first.

Stopped by Sparkman Warf today. I was not hungry but took a shot of the menu. This downtown area is just awesome! I was most impressed with how clean the place is and by the lack of people begging for money Etc. Maybe this is normal in Tampa, but it certainly is not in El Paso. Visit the down town and have fun with plenty of places to eat and drink.

Oh man! Had the Birria tacos and good lord are they amazing! Definitely recommend. It's an absolute sensation for your taste buds. I could probably eat 30 shells on their own. The consomme is top notch. Prepare for the new standard in Birria.

***Lakeland location in The Joinery*** A second visit and repeat order of the pork carnitas quesadilla with salsa roja and puffy tacos have solidified their place for our Taco Tuesday date night meal. Our tastebuds have only experienced consistent entree execution. When the entree is the delicious, edible star of the menu, a combo option is just a bonus.

Listen... after seeing this everywhere on the internet I was so excited to try it. Gallito Taqueria surpassed what I expected it was TOO good I need more ASAP.

Okay so Gallitos has been one of my favorite places to eat for a while now and it's always delicious, but I ate some of their tacos again today for lunch and was just like "DANG HOW ARE THESE THIS GOOD" because they really are just that good! Blown away! And I really just wanted to tell someone how much I loved them so I'm writing this...just...incredibly yummy, guys, and deceptively filling for the size, too! Everyone who works there is SO kind and friendly, and their service is really fast (and has even I feel gotten faster since my first visit). I usually stick to their tacos because they're so delicious, but a month ago or so I had their street corn and their queso and again, just impressed. Everything's great. Go check it out if you haven't had the chance!

Forget everything else in the menu. You HAVE to get the Quesabirria tacos! It is hands down the best thing there. We have tried the fried fish, shredded beef, grilled mojo chicken and puffy tacos. The are really good. Great flavor. But the Quesabirria tacos. Are top! Their sangría is good. If you buy anything alcoholic here, it will be a bit cheaper than at the Lighthaus Beer Garden.

The Quesabirria Tacos were delicious! Never had grilled tacos before, these were great. The chili beef dipping sauce put them over the top. Can't wait to come back to try the Mojo Chicken quesadilla.

This was my first time visiting Sparkman Wharf and this restaurant impressed me. This is a window serving Mexican food. The exterior of the window was bright and colorful. The service was very friendly and took care of all our needs. The food itself was very good. I got the Mojo Chicken Quesadilla and was very good. The tortilla was nice and crunchy. The green sauce gave a little kick to it. The fish taco on the other picture also had a kick to it. Overall, I am satisfied with this restaurant. Am excited to try all the other food in Sparkman’s Wharf!

These are hands-down some of the very BEST tacos I've ever had, ever! Just absolutely delicious, so tasty, so flavorful. Really authentic food and Sparkman is a super fun environment! The people who work there have always been super sweet, too - while the tacos can sometimes take a long time to make if it's crowded, and may be more than you thought of paying for tacos, it's worth every second & every penny (also, on Tuesdays, it's 2 for $6 which is a steal!). One of my new favorite spots!

Had the shredded beef quesadilla, really good albeit a bit too cheesy (unless that's your thing). Having to sit outside in the heat can be a bit annoying at Sparkman so I recommend going later in the day. Sauce was a bit too spicy for me too, but im sure they would sub in a more mild one if you ask. Pretty affordable too.

Waterfront views and tacos… not a bad combo! The some of the tacos were a tad too salty for my tastes and the others I would have to give it a full lime wedge squeeze to add some moisture to the protein. I’m a big fan of their street corn, make sure to give it a good stir! The wait can get a little crazy depending on if there’s an event happening or not at Sparkman Wharf but they come out at a reasonable time. Lots of parking across the street or garage.

The Quesabirria tacos are definitely something I look forward to getting every time I go to Sparkman Wharf. They are always piping hot and fresh and the meat is sooooo juicy! The customer service is also amazing, the young lady is super friendly and I’m ashamed that I never remember her name(I’m horrible😩).

Lol some of these reviews are goofy. The food is good! The price fits the area (niche water front bites). The carnitas have great flavor and crust! The chicken tinga seemed pretty standard. The Churros are unbelievably delicious! I wouldn’t go out of my way for the tacos, but I liked what was going on flavor wise.

3 star place but because the employees were very friendly, patient, and accommodating, they got an extra star. Got carne asada which was extremely tasty. Too small for the price, but it's expected at sparkman so not a deal breaker. Avocado sauce gave it a fresh taste, and paired well with a beer. Would go back again.
