Love Cold Stone Creamery. The employees were nice , and the service was quick. We got an ice cream sandwich and a waffle cone with sweet cream,cake butter, almonds, and whip cream. So delicious 😋.
That lady Sarina Patel is a hater. This was the most fun ice cream buying experience ever. Devin, Wilton, Jennifer, Aydan are amazing. Made my night. Life is good.
I went there for the first time and bought ice cream cupcake. It was delicious , but I wish the cup was milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate. And the price is little high.
The staffs were helpful.

Seriously the best stone slab ice cream I have ever had! I highly recommend to try my unique creation: cheesecake ice cream, chocolate chips, yellow cake, and an insane amount of hot fudge lol. Would love to hear other opinions of it. 🍨
We love this place because the ice cream its delicious and we no have to wait at all my kids loved.
Yesterday my husband and I went to Cold Stone for some ice cream and we left really satisfied with the quality of ice cream and customer service that we received at this branch. Their employee Jack B. was very professional and nice. They were out of cones with dipped chocolate and without hesitation he went out of his way to prepare one for us. We will definitely be visiting this branch again soon!

Walked in and waited for about 15 minutes because the woman in front of me decided to buy enough ice cream to feed the 5th Army Division. Luckily the two under-paid, sleep-deprived teenagers working that night took mercy on me and gave me my ice cream for free. For free! But more on that later. As I was ordering my ice cream, I started making conversation with the two workers, a boy named Zander and a girl named Sandra, and they told me their life stories. Zander’s dad moved to the US to play soccer, and Zander tried to follow in his footsteps after his dad abandoned him and his three sisters. He speaks surprisingly good English despite being from Manchester, UK. Sandra was the one who made the ice cream cup that I was getting for my mom. I told her to add apple slices, to which Zander said “No, only add one slice.” Sandra listened to him instead of me and only put one. We’ll see what my mom thinks. Sandra didn’t say a word the entire time I was there, rather communicating to me through nods and grunts. But the brawn it took to scoop and break up all that rock-hard ice into something edible certainly makes up the lack of brain it takes to form even the most basic sentence.
When they told me my food was free I almost cried. They were so kind and caring, I would go back any time. Only complaints were that I had to literally beg them for a spoon (they refused to give me one until I gave them a valid reason), and that they let a woman be manager. Other than that all good.
Came in today for some ice cream and the person who served me I believe she said her name was Selena or Sabina one of the two but I wanted to write a review of her amazing service. She made my ice cream efficiently but at the same time was very welcoming and made my little brother feel welcome and even flipped the ice cream for him which he thought was the coolest trick ever. Her positive demeanor, politeness, and efficiency is what I will remember about coldstone. On another note, ice cream was amazing, will definitely be coming back.
It was a little busy and chaotic so I already am understanding when things go wrong, but I got the incorrect ice cream and felt bad but they were very nice and accommodating with fixing it!!! Will probably be back :)
I love their Ice cream specially love the cake batter. Its sweetened to perfection and the way it melts in your mouth. The employees are nice and treat you with respect. The owner is an awesome guy!
