The food that I order usually very good, so with that this review is before I got my food.
The order was placed 30 minutes before I got to the store. The hung up on me 3 times. The girl said they were placing me on hold.
When I got to the store 30 minutes later they still have not started my food.
This is not usual for this place, however the ladies weren't as nice as the other employees that I deal with. One even said" I Don't want to work tonight"
Should probably just go home rather that hurt your client base.
Overall this isn't a 5 star establishment but in comparison to its competitors, pizza hut, papa johns, dominos. It makes a more quality pizza. My pizza today was loaded with toppings and cheese. There's someone who says there's no deals, if you go online and click the deals button you'll se plenty of awesome family sized deals for large groups or even 10$ for a 2 topping large which is fair.
Good price for a freshly made pizza . Try the flavored crusts they are delicious! The Greek salad is good too .
The workers are always really nice and friendly. The pizza is pretty nice for the price you pay. Delivery is always pretty quick, too! I have ordered several times since moving to the Tampa area and they are the only pizza place I trust to get my order right!!! Thanks!
I thought I had a problem with my order and spoke with the manager John Cooper. Mr Cooper spent quite a while with me on the phone and I even raised my voice at one point but he stayed calm and very polite. I received my pizza at a discount even though I was wrong. Thank you Mr Cooper for your professionalism I recommend this establishment to all.
Good pizza ...but baby that chicken salad I had was one of the best I have had plenty of meat and other ingredients, gave enough dressing..son loved the chicken I was surprised tbh ...my new salad plug
Pizza is getting a little greasy lately but it's always ready fast and they have good deals.
the web site could be more user friendly.. had to really search to write this review. Gabe took my order was very accurate and efficient. the delivery was quick and the man was very friendly and respectful. the food was piping hot, and tasty, would order from this place again. Happy with all the people and food.. thanks
Excellent service and the pizza was good. I tried going to the Hungry Howie's near my school but they can't seem to open and take a delivery at the same time. They told me they were closed when they were suppose to be open. So I called this place put an order in and went and got it. Pizza was coming out as I got there and the customer service was awesome. Just avoid the one on Hillsborough across from Erwin Tech. The people working there are horrible.
Saturday night and we got the food 22 minutes after dialing the call. The order was correct, the gentleman on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Paid less than If we ordered papa johns even including the drivers tip and we got more food!
Great family deal, cooked perfectly all crust seasonings on them. Everything was exactly what I expected from Hungry Howie's food. Fast delivery from them too!
