Bearclaw Bakery & Cafe - Taos - Photo album

The best chocolate cinnamon roll and pastries we’ve ever had. The chocolate cinnamon roll is amazing, definitely real chocolate. It is a must get. Cannot compliment the quality enough. The service was fast and easy for our quick Togo order. Be patient and kind.
In town for two days and came here both days. We dined in and got the blue corn pancakes and fresh whip on coffee. Back the next day for a takeout bear claw and PB cookie. Great service and yummy food. Wish I could eat there again tomorrow!
The food was spectacular! I dug in before taking this pic... Oops. Cafe breakfast food with high quality ingredients and not pictured delicious pastries even the gluten free kind (hurray for the celiac). Coffee was pretty plain and the inside was packed but so what, I would definitely eat here again
So sweet ... Tip for non locals ...even if vaccinated...if a place wants you to still wear masks ....it's their shop ...not yours... come in with her mask . I am and I did .. Love y'all
I was glad this place was available for breakfast. You go in not knowing what to expect as it is a bakery too and are treated to excellent food. No greasy bland tasting food. They use all natural ingredients and it shows. The portions are not small. The breakfast burrito was probably big enough fo
Very good brefas. Had huovos rancheros, blueberry pancakes, and brefas burrito. Bear claw pastry also tasty af
Fantastic food, large portions, nice people! Take out only right now. Loved the Huevos rancheros
Portion sizes are amazing, had the breakfast burrito and breakfast croissant and could only eat 1/2 each! We ended with 2 Bearcats and took home 2 croissants to the hotel. So much food! The service was amazing as well. Will be a favorite to visit the next time we are here!
Just stopped in on a whim to get some to go road food on the way out of town but the wonderful scents and the sight of a smothered burrito another customer was eating turned the take out into a sit down. The pancakes were great, the breakfast croissant light and filling, and the breakfast burrito s
The werewolves run Cheryl's were amazing. Definitely get that sauce with it. The blueberry pancakes also very delicious. Please come and experience the food in the great hospitality.
Wonderful food and service was spot on. Very friendly place.
Great people. Funny, cheerful and damn nice. It would've been five stars for them alone, but add in the food. Oh my, it's good I don't live here. I would die with a strawberry cream cheese croissant in each hand. Amazing things.
Friday morning busy. Short staffed (what’s new). Everyone hustles and bustles with great efficiency. Blue corn pancakes delish! Three of us ordered. Two of us took home “doggie bags”. Enormous servings. Wow!
The owner is SO sweet. We came looking for pastries our first day in Taos, she was closed due to some kitchen equipment issues and said we could come back in an hour and suggested several other local Taos places for breakfast. We let her know we were only looking for pastries and she went ahead and
We enjoyed the banana bread, coffee cake and coffee. The banana cake was very moist and I even bought the one from the sale shelf. I would assume it was baked the previous day, but I couldn't tell. It was perfect. I shared a few bites of my mom's huge slice of fresh fruit coffee cake and it too wa
I had the pear pancakes and they WERE PERFECT. Thank you, Anne, for such great service and consideration when we were sitting by the door. We really appreciate you! The bacon was crispy, the pancakes were blue corn - super sweet and delicious and don't even get me started on that pear compote - a
Great service, great food, nice location. I happened upon this place in the early morning. Decided to have breakfast and got the huevos rancheros. Most people get the "Christmas" (red and green chile) but I prefer green chile so I only got the green. It was spicy but not overwhelming and so deliciou
My husband and I and kind of pastry-heads. We love a good bakery and this place makes the top 5. He loves the green chili croissant. We also got the bear claw, and coffee cakes. All were excellent. They are clean and thoughtful. A must-stop in Taos!
