Most beautiful quaint atmosphere & to die for Margaritas!
Live music every night, the night we were there Bob Andrews was playing, world renowned keyboardist and producer, he played with Graham Parker!
Excellent customer service as well!
My favorite place to sit and eat in Taos. The food is fantastic and there's live music every night. My personal favorite is the blue corn cheese enchiladas and the hot, yummy Queso dip. They start serving food at 4:00 p.m.
Javier was the best bar tender in town! He did make the PERFECT ‘Cadillac Margaritas’. Highly recommended ☺️
I was a guest at the inn, not a patron of the bar per se. But I did hear the singer while checking in and once I was in my room, which was just steps away from where he was singing. He was good. And he stopped singing at 9pm, which was good for the overnight guests who wanted to get some sleep. I think this place has live music every night.
I also went up to the bar to get my ice bucket filled. The very handsome bartender filled my bucket and thanked me for staying at the inn. He made my middle age self feel like a million bucks.
The building is beautiful and old and historic. Go for the architecture and the music and the handsome bartender.
Clint is one of the best bartenders ever. Perfect drinks and a fun guy.
He suggested Docs Relleno appetizer and it was delicious.
Adobe Bar has been around since the 1930s and lives up to its longstanding great reputation. Live music and dancing added to my evening's enjoyment. Highly recommended.
The place is nice ambiance with great magarita. We didn’t book reservations but manage to found table for us on busy night . The waiter she was really kind to us and her colleague not much. Appetiser we order Doc chille rellenos was amazing! The main dinner carne asada was lack of flavour for me. They choices of food not much but we did enjoy our night out here
Enjoyed having drinks and listening to music. Michael was our person, he was excellent. Friendly, attentive, always smiling, and full of energy! We had a good time!
Went for music and snack on a Tuesday evening. Pork stew was delicious and the entertainment was excellent. Free parking and table service in the music area.
Went for my daughter's 27th birthday dinner. Overall the food was extremely good other than using iceberg lettuce in my husband's Chicken Caesar Salad. The service was adequate considering one server was covering inside and the patio outside.
Enjoying a pre-dinner Rita and wanted a snack. The Chile Relleno fit the bill perfectly. Unique taste and the pepitas were tasty. What really hit it out of the ballpark was the green Chile stew/sauce. This place is Tao's living room, always full of locals and tourists drinking and enjoying life in Taos.
Loved the live music
It took one hour to get an order of nachos
Loved it. This place was our home base in Taos. Loved the green chili stew from the bar. Lots of whiskey choices and a friendly staff. Very cozy.
Great food and happy hour. Excellent service. Happy for you to stay and listen to the music. Watch out for the GIANT nachos. Couldn't eat the half order. Live music nightly...all styles of music. Check online updates. Much of the music for tips only. Be good to the artists by tipping.
Just a wonderful place. We had their Patron Margarita and ask for the roasted garlic, goat cheese , olive, and heirloom tomatoes. It’s from the Doc Martens and it’s fabulous.
Good margaritas and great ambiance! They had live music and a lively crowd.
