Best lunch that I've had in a while.
Quesadilla was the best I've ever had.
The desert was fantastic.
I'll definitely be going back for more.
The food here was delicious, and fairly reasonably priced for the serving sizes. I ordered the enchiladas, which weren't amazing but were good. My family all ordered different things which they liked - some had claimed the chicken tacos were the best they've ever had. The asada and shrimp was delicious, the chile Colorado was decent, and the tostadas were really good. Frozen margs were also pretty good, and reasonably priced.
Ultimately I'm between a 4 and 5 on this, but given the general sentiment from my family I'll go with a 5. Either way, you can't go wrong.
It's not your typical Mexican restaurant. You have to order at the counter when you enter the place. The food is very good. This is just my opinion, but the portions are pretty large. When offered which sauce, either red or green; go for the green. It beats the pants off of the red. The beef fajita quesadilla is awesome.
Food came out super fast! Pretty good food, quesadilla was delicious. They can accommodate for larger groups. They also have wine margaritas
Restaurant located in Taos, NM. The food was okay, but the service was a little on the rude side and sorely lacking. Don't think I would go back.
Awesome foods. They claimed as no.1 restaurant in Taos since 2015. Atmosphere and services are very good. You'll love the place

I love this place the ladies at the front were professional, happy, and willing to help when needed. The food I had was the azteca quesadilla, beef and a veggie quesadilla, both together 40.00. With drinks. Bathroom was clean front clean service was fast and the food tasted great. If your in Taos hit this place up!
Great service, plenty of seating and a great value for large portions! We ordered the beef fajitas, 2 kid pork burritos, a half beef burrito and beef enchiladas. The fajitas were tasty, however the meat was overcooked and a little dry. The portion was gigantic and could be shared, the flour tortillas were also good. The kid burritos were generous for a child portion, there was definitely some left over. Our oldest son who is 12 and can usually eat an adult portion was glad he got the half order. The beef enchiladas with red and green Chile were delicious and again generously portioned. We also enjoyed several roasted jalapenos from there salsa bar. The wife and I also enjoyed their house frozen rita, it was perfect in the covered seating outside. This place would have been a 5 if the fajitas meat would have been better. We will go back and encourage others to go!
We sat beside some other Texans who were visiting. They said loudly how they were surprised NM Mexican food might be better than Tex-Mex.
We didn’t talk to them or anything but we were of the same opinion.
Oh gosh we always come here every time we visit . But I started weight watchers so I thought it would be awful to have to go and eat nothing ….but I was delightfully surprised by the seafood menu part !! I got the shrimp tacos a la carte and the shrimp were not tough at ALL, it was absolutely fabulous. We usually get carne asada tacos but these were just way yummier than I imagined. (See pic)
I took my 20 man fire crew to Guadalajara Grill for a great meal and that is what was delivered. Amazing service and great selection fed all of us and sent us home FULL. THANK YOU
Excellent Mexican food in Taos!
My brother and I stopped here on a road trip back in 2015 and came back eight years later with our parents in autumn of 2023. Nice service and enchiladas are out of this world!!
I learned that my kids are much better at ordering than I am 😆 for whatever reason I ordered the burger, which was not bad, but everything else was really good. I sampled everyone's plate and realized I should have gotten anything but the burger.

Guadalajara is the best Mexican restaurant in Northern New Mexico! I love the fish tacos! You pay upfront but they still give full service.
Our food was very good some of the best meat I've had in a long time. They seated appropriately for covid and you did have to stand and place your order and they delivered it to your table. They have outdoor seating. The only thing or reason I did not give it a five-star is because there's a situation and with the ladies restroom that they need to handle. Otherwise by all means check this place out very good food.
