Smothered breakfast burrito with sausage. Perfectly cooked as always. Red and green sauce were just the right amount of spice. Breakfast burrito is enough for two people, if you’re willing to share. Also got a cinnamon roll to share which was the perfect amount of sweetness to balance the spice. Staff was friendly and food came out quickly. Always a pleasure to eat there.

A bit slow for takeout, but fresh and hot burrito. Came back to eat in. Order at the counter, your food is brought to you.

If there's one thing I miss about living in Taos it's Mante's. Their food is absolutely amazing and eating it brought a rush of memories back. I had been raving about the food here for years to my family and finally was able to take them to experience on their own. Service was phenomenal, restaurant was very clean, and food was off the charts. The Susie is my all time favorite and it tasted just as it did back in high school. My husband got a fajita burrito and my son got a burger. They both wanted to visit a second time on our trip but we didn't make it back. We will be coming back for sure next time we visit New Mexico.

I had their 6-pk Tacos and I FINALLY found a place that doesn't dump cilantro over everything!!!! I don't even think it was in the very healthy container of salsa that they give u with the order. Even though it was "just tacos," it was all well-flavored. Highly recommended, especially since there was no cilantro and the shells stayed crispy.👏👏 I would've added this pics but I probably ate them w the Tacos 😏😅

Food was great, Service even better. Pricing was amazing. It's just an authentic New Mexico cuisine. Probably the best in Taos. Amazing people. What can I say? Please stop here.

We visited the SouthSide Mante's Chow Cart for dinner. I absolutely love the Trujillo but decided to get the Indian Taco with red and green chili. The staff was friendly and the process are reasonable. The menu is eclectic and there are many original items. I recommend this restaurant.

We absolutely love La Cocina (now Mantes chow cart south side) huge plates, delicious food, new Mexican and American options. Very comfortable setting, kid friendly, very affordable kids menu and good portions. Good quality plastic cups with lids for the kids to keep after and Crayola crayon pack to color on the kids menu. I will update my review on the new Mantes soon. I'm sure it's great, it is Mantes after all.

This is a cute little restaurant lit up with Christmas lights everywhere. Very cute little place with great people working here. Very friendly. We came here for breakfast while visiting the city and it was really good. We had a strawberry French toast and a chorizo omlette..both were very fresh and very good. I would recommend coming here if you are passing through. Also, have to say that we scoped out the gentleman's food next to our table and he had ordered oatmeal and it looked amazing, it had fresh apples all around his oatmeal, kinda made us regret not ordering some but no worries...we were happy with what we ate. 👌

The food here is superb, I've been twice to Taos NM and have eaten here both times. My mom grew up there and knows the owners. Friendly service and very delicious traditional NM food. We both got the stuffed sopapillas with carne adovada and Christmas chili (red & green). Very very good but quite spicy. Finished it off with sopapillas with honey. Yum!!! Worth a visit.

Mantes has wonderful burritos and for working locals the drive thru a God-send. The only issue us continuity. At $8.05, you never know what size you will get. They need some conformity and prices on the menu please!
