Looking for something uniquely Taos in its more modern era, you must stop in for a bite to eat at Aly's. The food is Taos on a different level, fresh, handmade and delicious. I had the fish and chips the other day which was very good.

Food was excellent, I had the meat& cheese mince pie, she had the fish and chips. It was a bit chilly inside for her, that’s the four stars part. She was running cold today though. Home fries were done perfectly and very tasty. The pastry was flaky and super buttery, perfect to me. They even gave use some off cuts for the dogs. Great place to eat and a must stop when you’re in Taos!!

Very special dinner for me. After months of radiation for cancer treatment, which caused me to lose my sense of taste, I realized with my first forkful of Mediterranean Salad that my taste was returning! It was delicious! And when I told the staff, they were so happy for me and they gave me a slice of chocolate cake on the house! A memorable meal for us, for sure. We will be back.

I’ve wanted to try this place since it opened. Finally today we were able to swing by and grab something. We got 2 sausage rolls and a blueberry French toast. Honestly, this was absolutely delicious. I knew it would be good just by the pictures I saw online but I didn’t know it would be THAT good. I told my partner this is what I want for my birthday meal. The crust on the sausage roll was like nothing I’ve ever had. It was so flakey, buttery and light. The sausage was cooked perfectly. The blueberry French toast has this custard baked into it that is to die for. This is going to be a new staple place for me. I wish I’d taken pictures but we inhaled everything so quickly.

Great food, friendly staff. I especially lo e the breakfast Sandi and the salads. The meat pies look wonderful. Gluten free options include the best homemade corn tortillas I've ever had. Ziad sodas ate tasty, too.

We were looking for a fun and reasonably priced lunch spot. This is a small and offbeat place, with a surprisingly large menu. We ordered a BLT and a catfish sandwich that were very nice, and just the right size.

We got gyros and fish and chips. The gyros were FABULOUS! And, the only reason for the 5 star rating, as the fish was soaked in grease. The fries were tasty also. I think the reason for the miss on the fish may have been a low temp fryer or just an off day. We will certainly go back, just no fish!

Amazing meat pies and they have gyro options too! Nice to have a change of food choices when the entire street is mexican food or pizza. Local drinks were also really good! Definitely go here!

Everything is wonderful. Placed order online midnight, at 8am the breakfast is ready, they even called to customize each item. We tried 3 different breakfast items, they are all very good. Also like their high desert sage tea's warm scent.

Vegan breakfast burrito is very good and inspiring. Crispy potatoes. Delicious tumericy tofu, gooey good, soft tortilla. Note that the Aly's Taos Eats is a catering business and not a separate restaurant.

We ate there twice in a single day because it was that good! We had their breakfast burrito in the morning and then tried two of their gyros (falafel and mushroom) along with some fries for dinner. Everything was absolutely delicious and made fresh! We also tried their sage iced tea and baklava which were also amazing. HIGHLY recommend if you're in the Taos area!

Visited for breakfast on a Monday and had excellent vegan breakfast burritos. The staff were super friendly and the environment was welcoming. We also had coffee and juice, which was also nice. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a casual/cozy breakfast spot.

Exquisite dining experience with delicious, high quality ingredients, local flavor infused, friendly fast service and wonderful ambiance for a side of the road location. If you are in Taos I highly recommend Aly’s. They accept card payments, which, if you are unfamiliar with Taos, can be a rarity for local places of business. I will be returning to Aly’s for their chipotle chicken meat pie and their Gyros. Oh and dessert is a must too!
