I really appreciated this place. Yes, their food is great… had a hamburger and fries… yummy. But… our van had troubles (flat tire) and there is a little park by this place… so we not only ate lunch here… we spent some time changing a flat tire… getting dirty… and cleaning up in their restroom… and yes, we cleaned up our mess in the restroom.
The little park was a huge plus… and nice place to eat outdoors and enjoy ourselves!
I’m from out of town. This was my first time eating here. I ordered online and their website was very easy to navigate and order. I got the "New Mexico Style" LOTA Burger Meal, with seasoned fries and a large chocolate shake. All the food was very good, very delicious.
The only thing I would change, is a dedicated spot for picking up online orders. Currently, the online pick up is the at the only register, so even though I ordered online and showed up at the scheduled pick up time, I still had to wait about 15 minutes, waiting for everyone else ahead of me, to get to the register and pick up my food. I didn’t take any stars off of their rating, because it’s just a suggestion.
The burger New Mexico was more than I expected. So large. I wasn't able finish all of it.
But, on the other hand, the fries were the worst I've ever tasted. They were extremely dry as if they had been on a tray for a long time. I wasn't able to eat even a small piece.
Wonderful people, great atmosphere love the look of the place and the food wasn't bad at all quite delicious. I had the breakfast burritos and it was wonderful.
That Mexican style lota burger was delicious and the meat cooked so good!! Very juicy not dry . And just enough of lettuce, onions,and tomatoes. Best I've had in a long time. Wishing I could have one now!! Great job!!
Very delicious Lotaburger topped with all the fixings to include green chilies, so much yum! The fries were tasty too. Burgers are made fresh while you wait.
I really like their burgers. Delicious, great bun, the green chiles really make it special! Also noteworthy is the incredible gigantic trees and picnic area located in the parking lot; by far the most beautiful outdoor seating of any fast food restaurant I've ever experienced.
I love their food and everyone I get back to NM, I go to visit. Best burgers...especially the NM hatch burger.

Old-fashioned, drive-in style burgers grilled while you wait. Time travellers will appreciate the nostalgia factor; those in a hurry should think twice about this bustling local hangout.
As fast food goes this place is very nice, the food is good and is fast. You can order inside and wait outside or inside and your food will take about 10 minutes or less depending on how many people are there. Sometime the staff can be rude but on a busy day I can understand it.
