Incredible performance venue with a bar and a few food options. Outdoor patio area is gorgeous.
Delightful crew runs this fun and funky venue with an amazing "back yard" space. They were able to host us at the last minute for a wedding welcome reception, and everyone loved it.
Just an overall good vibe. Didn't eat, only drank and listened to music. Nice place to chill for a Taos evening.
Chicken tenders quite good. The dance floor was spacious and very nice.
Good bar food...fun activities that involve the patrons..excellent house margarita..reasonable prices.
I have had the best experiences at solar center since it reopened. Security does NOT harass customers, which is nice!

This business is closed. But when it was open and the rude next door neighbor didn't shut down the music scene , this was an absolute gem.

You've got to go! They have hard alcohol and beer (on tap and bottles) but this is a neat spot. Gorgeous views of the mountains with all kinds of activities to do while you relax (listen to the live radio station, play volleyball, sit outside, etc). Great venue with superb staff, and spectacular views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. Volleyball on Tuesday and fridays for some extra summertime fun. Also good music from time to time as well! Might be the best happy hour deals on food too! Could say more about this place, but you will just have
When I'm in Taos, I listen to KTAO Solar Radio!
I didn't realize the bar/restaurant was closed permanently. So sad. I liked going there, sitting outside, and putting my feet in the grass while looking at the mountains. Happy Hour prices were great.

This radio station is no longer operating as a bar. We tried to go in August 2021 and were told by a super nice staff lady that they were out of the bar business. However, the radio station is still in operation and it’s awesome.
Been here many times over last two years. Setting sublime, service impeccable. Highly recommended. $2 fries, $3 beers @ happy hour, what more could you ask for?
The wings were a spiritual culinary experience unlike any other I have had in my short but seemingly infinite 23 years on this earth. Take my word for it, take full advantage of their happy hour menu and enjoy yourself a little more than you ever thought possible. Enduldge the senses.
Happy hour on a budget! Good drinks and apps. I usually go for margaritas and jerk seasoned wings. Also a nice place to catch the majestic Taos sunsets!
Best happy hour in town. This is the locals hideout and maybe I shouldn't have said so at all. Make some friends around a unique bar while keeping that budget tight! 👌🏼
