After waiting in line for 5 minutes, their computer went down because "someone was entering their bracelet data" whatever that means. Instead of taking our order so they could start on it, we had to wait another 5 to 7 minutes before they tried to get the register to work again. Just when they start
Overall it was ok. Wendys food is good, so that kinda makes up for the errors. They got 1 item wrong, and forgot one condiment. Wasn't greeted upon getting to the counter, because no one was there. When staff person got there , she seemed new. She was friendly, but quiet. Food came out quick.
Bought a supposed to be "Hot Honey Chicken Biscuit"and nothing was hot about it. The worst sandwich, fed it to the birds. Tried calling the number on back of the receipt, they say you can talk to a real person, but, of course, no one answers the phone, you just listen to the music.
The girl at the window really told me to ask for ranch at the window where no one talked to me. So everything could be ready but I sat there waiting for it to be ready for over a minute. And you forgot my straw. And for being the ONLY person you had atm it’s sad.
I went through the drive-through for my visit and was very pleased with the service. I could hear the intercom for the customer in front of me, and the Wendy's associate was very patient and attentive. The customer ahead of me seemed to be a true test as it turned out. When asked if they were ready
