This place is great authentic Greek food on the river or bring your own beer with garlic Parmesan fries are amazing I always get a chicken shish kebab and salad Jay always always the hero which is classically good
Best Souvlaki !. Huge fan of the chicken souvlaki and how George does his fries! Always, always, ALWAYS fantastic. The people who run it have fantastic attitudes and the lemon sauce they marinate the souvlaki in is to die for. Love that it has Romaine lettuce and red onions and fresh tomatoes. Will always come back, even when I don't work in Tarpon anymore.
Limani, indoor food, outdoors. If at first you are a little concerned about the location, The quality and taste of the food that they provide are as good as any of the fancier Restaurants on the Sponge docks, so order yourself a gyro or anything else they have, and sit at the tables right on the dock's and enjoy your meal and the surroundings.
MUST get a Gyro or Slovaki HERE. Even if you eat at Hellas..which I agree is good

This is a small walk up gyro slovaki wndows stand kind of place with outside seating.
So you know they have to keep their quality high to stay in business when they are surrounded by other excellent greek places to eat.
What a nice place. Probably the most reasonably priced restaurant in Tarpon Springs. Take out or order and it will be brought to you on the deck. Their Greek Salad was simple and so delicious. The chicken and shrimp were fantastic and the portions so huge. Was a pleasant and relaxing lunch. Looking forward to our next visit.
A shopkeeper recommended. I got the fish pita. Hubby got the pork skewer. I gave my lunch a 5.0. It was lightly breaded which surprised me. He gave his skewer a 4.0. Quick service even though we were there at a busy time. We were pleased!
Best Gyros in Florida. Nice little shop only took about 20min get food. Was served hot and fresh. Only down side is they serve hot dogs. Everyone knows that cheap meals attract Karen's.

Putting that aside, I absolutely love this place. I eat here at least a couple times a week for lunch since I work just up the road. The staff are always very nice, the food is stellar, the vibe is so tranquil even amongst the (always busy) Spong Docks, and it all comes at low costs.

BEST Pita I’ve ever had. Not dry at all. Tzatziki was on point. Chicken moist and perfectly seasoned! Fresh ingredients! 100% driving out of your way to get. Hole in the wall right on the water….super nice folk! 110% will come back!
So we stopped here last year and had to make another trip back. Last year I got the Greek salad and it was wonderful. This year I decided on the Lamb/beef Gyros and shared an order of garlic Parmesan oregano fries. Everything is fabulous once again. Would highly recommend this place. Nice service, and very generous portions.

I ordered a chicken pita , the chicken was seasoned well & moist , feta oregano fries which were perfectly crispy , and Greek salad which had the perfect amount of ingredients . I wasn’t sure what to have for lunch and just googled food places near me. This hit the spot! There is no indoor seating but tables near the water with big fans.
