Stopped here to wait for our dog to get groomed. Their facility is super clean. The employees are so nice. I opened my bad and found this cute note that made my day since I was alone trying to order for my 2 kids and me.
Plus you have to get their seasonal peppermint chip shake every year.
I do wish their playground was open so the kids could do something
Great customer service at this location. The employees taking your order take the time to make sure the order is correct. I’ve been here multiple times and only had them make a mistake once. Got small fries instead of the large fries I paid for but I went back and they gave me the correct items no issue. Solid service at this location.
Always a pretty consistently good experience at this Chick-fil-A. I'm a firm believer that Chick-fil-A is grossly overrated. Their food is good, but not great. Their frozen lemonades are fantastic, though, and easy to make at home. Back when it was hard to find good fast food chicken this was the place to go, but now there are several other options that are superior.
My family was just passing through this area on a road trip. I don’t leave reviews…well ever…but I really had to share what I witnessed here. I overheard who I’m assuming is the manager/owner speaking to three different high school age employees. The way that he spoke to each of them with such kindness and respect really got my attention. I’m not a typically observant person, for this to get my attention 3 separate times says something. He made a point to tell these kids what a great job they were doing, what exactly he noticed about their work, and goals for them to reach. I wish I had gotten his name so I could see if he has a manager that I could share this with. This was a busy Saturday evening and this just really stood out to me. Good job to this CFA management!
Always love Chick-fil-A. The service is always phenomenal. The employees are happy. They know they will be busy and are great at moving people through quickly.
MY FAVORITE for lunch. Even when they have a line or during busy times, Ive never waited longer than 5 minutes for my food. Also food is always hot and fresh and as usual customer service is on point.
