To the young man with brown curly hair in the night shift, thank you so much for being so nice and patient. I don’t go to Starbucks often and I was really flustered with a fussy toddler. I didn’t know what to order but described what I kind of wanted and he suggested a drink for me and made it simple for me to just order a “large” instead of correcting me about Starbucks size terms. It was DELICIOUS, and I’m glad they still had cake pops for my toddler to enjoy. I hope your manager rewards you for your amazing service!
Absolutely the best and most clean Starbucks in Salt Lake. Very well managed by the sweetest most customer caring woman you could ask for. She loves her job. I am sad to see people saying anything bad about this place. I work nearby so I see this business constantly. Just like any place it will have ups and downs right now. Some of these reviews absolutely don't reflect how this Starbucks is run. There is nothing negative about this place at all. If you need anything the manager will address it promptly. There is some good hard working people here. Keep up the good work guys. Love ya

So, I made a mistake when making a mobile order, and was caught in a pickle because you are not able to make changes to mobile orders.
I quickly rushed here --Even though my mobile order was for drive-thru-- and ran inside and told the employees I needed to make a change to my mobile order.
They told me that they were not able to make change to mobile orders, but they were friendly enough to refund the error that I made.
The customer service was pretty good, although if there was somewhat of a line to get through. (Maybe I just came in a busy time?)
Regardless, my drink was made well, and I was happy with the visit
